The Opportunity That Awaits You: The Revenue Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Operations Manager to help expand the foundation of a world-class revenue operations engine. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, the Sales Operations Manager will partner with Sales leadership to drive performance through optimized sales processes.This role provides a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial sales, finance, marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales capacity planning, compensation plan implementation and the full customer revenue journey. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: Maintain commercial team roster and team assignments to enable seamless onboarding and team transitions. Define and maintain territory assignments to ensure appropriate alignment to meet business needs across commercial teams. Lead the sales role capacity planning and modeling to optimize revenue and efficiency. Design, develop and write global incentive compensation plans to align with performance-based compensation philosophy. Model quota and compensation to facilitate incentive strategy and administration. Partner with commercial leadership and finance to manage compensation programs, including quota setting, commissions calculations and administration of incentive compensation platform (Performio). Maintain global commercial price book and collaborate with marketing to deploy changes, ensuring consistency of pricing, discount structures, and systems. Conduct deal analysis and prepare models for Commercial Contracts to drive strategic decisions and address customer needs. Analyze and report on key sales KPIs such as revenue by channel, win/loss rates, quota attainment, pipeline velocity, and forecast accuracy. Support ad hoc sales analysis as required by Commercial team. Oversee the implementation and improvement of sales technologies to ensure they support the team's needs and performance The Qualifications We Need You to Possess Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of proven experience in sales operations required 8+ years of related experience required Strong understanding of sales processes and sales technologies. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (Excel) and CRM software (Salesforce). Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, incentive compensation planning, quota setting and territory design. SUMMARYThe Associate Clinical Trial Administrator provides the Clinical and Medical Affairs team with general administrative support responsibilities.What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: Updates the clinical project progress using tracking tools provided by the project leads from the Clinical and Medical Affairs team. This includes but is not limited to clinical study progress, Trial Master Files (TMFs), study essential documents, vendor and site payments, etc. In some cases, assists in the structure development of the tracking tools. In charge of the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process for documents created or updated by the Clinical and Medical Affairs team. This includes creating the ECO number, initiating the ECO and follow up all the way through document release. Might also help with creating redlined documents and drafting the change history under the supervision of the project lead. Prepares, packages, and sends documents and materials to clinical trial sites and vendors as needed. Receives and reviews clinical study documents (including regulatory documents) from clinical trial sites for accuracy and compliance to company SOPs, ISO standards, and industry guidelines. Ensures all trackers are updated timely and accurately. Achieve historical versions of the trackers appropriately. Reviews all invoices from vendors related to Clinical and Medical affairs for accuracy per executed contracts. Communicate with vendors for any discrepancies on the invoices. Obtains approval from internal approvers and forwards the invoice together with the approval to the accounting team for payment process. Follows up with the accounting team regularly for payment process update. Assists with the organization and management of internal team meetings, investigator meetings and other trial-specific meetings. Performs general support to the Clinical and Medical Affairs team as needed. You will be working with both internal engineering,failure analysis, production, and external teams such as commercial and field service What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: Fully participate in and successfully contribute to project teams including the following activities: product design and development, test of materials, preparation of specifications, process capability studies, research investigations (animal and clinical studies), report preparation, and process/test documentation Work collaboratively with other engineers, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, clinical, and marketing to ensure project success Take a lead role for on-market engineering over designated assemblies of the robotic platform, focused on the handpiece and other disposables and accessories Design, develop, and improve on market medical device systems and flex with new product development support as needed by the business. Generate engineering documentation including: SolidWorks 3D models, 2D prints, Product Specifications, Test Protocols, Test Reports, dFMEA, HA, BOM, etc Design, procure, and fabricate tooling and fixtures. These may be for testing, development and/or manufacturing Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Perform troubleshooting on new products/processes Design and coordinate standard engineering tests, procedures, and experiments. Summarize, analyze, and draw conclusions from test results. Prepare standard reports/documentation to communicate results to technical community. Interface with vendors for component sourcing and fabrication (machining, sheet metal, rapid prototyping, injection molding, MIM, weldments, PCB, etc.) Independently manage projects and outside consultants, as needed Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product, and support regulatory compliance Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies The Qualifications We Need You to Possess: BS Mechanical Engineering (or similar engineering degree) 8+ years experience in the medical device industry Proficiency using CAD (SolidWorks) to design and document mechanisms, and strength in design analysis Proven experience of mechanism design, and electro-mechanical systems Familiar with motion control, position sensing, feedback algorithms, motors, encoders, and linear actuators. Proven experience of drivetrain components such as gear trains, lead screws, splines, cams, linear guides, belts, and pulleys Proven understanding of component selection criteria, and design for reliability and volume manufacturability. Experience with designing products in an FDA or other regulated industry; comfortable with concepts of design input, design output, traceability, and risk analysis Knowledge of component manufacturing processes (including machining, sheet metal, rapid prototyping, injection molding, MIM, weldments, PCB, etc.) Comfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle including design, implementation, debug, verification, qualification, and transfer to manufacturing Be a hands-on engineer with a strong drive for learning, knowledge gathering, and independence.
