What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: * Participate in or lead daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. * Prepare outbound shipments by retrieving and palletizing goods. * Fulfill parts for work orders and expedite items to address shortages. * Maintain inventory and associated records for raw materials, intermediates, disposables, and spare parts. * Communicate part shortages or issues to the Warehouse & Logistics team. * Enter the cleanroom when necessary to issue or count parts. * Operate a pallet jack and maintain an orderly, clean warehouse. The Qualifications We Need You to Possess: * Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment or within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries. * Must be available to work day shifts and adapt to varying schedules as needed * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. * Energetic, positive, and customer service-oriented. * Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving and team-working skills. * Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across all functions. SUMMARYThe Associate Clinical Trial Administrator provides the Clinical and Medical Affairs team with general administrative support responsibilities.What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve: Updates the clinical project progress using tracking tools provided by the project leads from the Clinical and Medical Affairs team. Ensures all trackers are updated timely and accurately. Achieve historical versions of the trackers appropriately. Reviews all invoices from vendors related to Clinical and Medical affairs for accuracy per executed contracts. Communicate with vendors for any discrepancies on the invoices. Obtains approval from internal approvers and forwards the invoice together with the approval to the accounting team for payment process. Follows up with the accounting team regularly for payment process update. Assists with the organization and management of internal team meetings, investigator meetings and other trial-specific meetings. Performs general support to the Clinical and Medical Affairs team as needed.
