Summary: The experienced Processor provides support to the escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties relating to escrow closings.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain professional relationship with customers
Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers

Responsibilities:

Order Processing analyzing order volume to create batches that increase efficiency on production floor.
Process orders with minimal errors to support production process.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure client needs are met.
Provide production lead real time support for problems incurred on the production floor while packing orders.
Ensure data integrity of orders and supporting processes.
Identify areas of process improvement to streamline functions within the order processing department.
Implement the process of batching orders, printing orders, correcting bad addresses, and confirming orders and reporting out daily progress in End of Day reports.
Utilize the database system 3PL to process orders and track them throughout the order processing process.
Utilize the labeling system of ADSI to print and monitor order labeling process.

Requirements
Job Qualifications Mandatory:
1-2 years of prior or similar experience.
Basic computer skills (e.g. personal computers, printers, email).
Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol.
Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment.
Knowledge and ability to operate inventory control and related computer software. Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members.
