ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Mizkan America safety policies, OSHA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Using knowledge gained through proper training, ensure all responsibilities below are completed.
Responsible for reviewing/ following production schedule / directions to determine type and quantity of vinegar to produce.
Assist with startup, prepare equipment and materials, monitor and shut down each phase of the batch operation.
Make routine field inspections of the tanks, pumps meters, valves, lines and motors to assure that all systems in the process are in working order.
Assist with troubleshooting abnormal conditions and notify appropriate personnel as situation dictates.
Monitor production processes through system, determine problems and adjust to maintain desired operating conditions.
Assist with conducting periodic laboratory analysis to monitor processes and log results.
Basic knowledge of acetator, fermentation, and Romicon operations.
Conduct cleaning procedures of all work areas following the master cleaning schedule.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review application package for required program disclosures and Company, Agency, Investor, RESPA and ECOA compliance.
Maintain open line of communication with the applicant throughout the processing period, assisting them with any questions and notifying them of any additional information or documents required.
Notify borrowers and Finance Manager, of underwriting decision and any condition that must be satisfied prior to title transfer.
Send out all applicable approval letters to parties, borrower, finance manager, selling realtor, etc.
Copy credit package and prepare file for closing department. Be sure information for insurance is in file.
Maintain an accurate pipeline record and update for all loans in process.
Work closely with post-closer to meet any additional requirements from investor for their completion to purchase.
Work closely with Operations Manager to maintain updated QC reports, make any corrections necessary and remit to QC for review
Perform all other duties and tasks as may be directed by the employee's supervisor and/or management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of mortgage banking experience, preferable in loan processing
High school diploma required
Excellent communication skills (oral, written and phone)
Ability to interact effectively with customers and other company staff to solve problems and contribute to the team
Strong analytical skills with aptitude for figures

Purpose: The Consumer Loan Servicing Processor 1 is responsible for booking and maintaining all Consumer related loans on the Banking System. This position will maintain all adjustments and revisions to the loans throughout the life of the loan. Essential Functions:

* Performs a thorough review of all file information related to Consumer loans that are submitted for booking to ensure receipt of required loan documentation and to obtain corrections as needed
* Establishes new Consumer loans on banking system ensuring that all data is accurately entered, and all accounts are following bank lending policy. Makes corrections as required and ensures that booking procedures are correct.
* Performs maintenance to loans as requested including but not limited to unposted items, charge-off, shadow account processing, automatic funds transfer, reversals, due date changes, fee assessments and reversals, deferments, account verification and Over Draft Protection (ODP) maintenance. Automated Clearing House (ACH) set up and maintenance
* Process payments returns and maintenance as necessary in accordance with the terms of the loan.
* Provides support to Bank staff on loan accounts responding to customer service phone calls and assisting with loan questions
* Performs next day review on all maintenance performed by other processors as a result of requests from other departments or errors found.
* Maintains collateral accounts to reflect proper collateral control. Utilizes the Collateral Tracking system and third-party system to track and follow up on any identified exception items.
