Assist with troubleshooting abnormal conditions and notify appropriate personnel as situation dictates. Monitor production processes through system, determine problems and adjust to maintain desired operating conditions. Assist with conducting periodic laboratory analysis to monitor processes and log results. Basic knowledge of acetator, fermentation, and Romicon operations. Work with File Room personnel to upload closing document packages to Synergy after booking and ensure imaging is complete, legible and labeled accurately. * Complete UCC filings and continuations, initiate vehicle lien filings, track lien status and resolve filing issues. * Maintain and work a pending file of follow-up items. * Perform next day review on maintenance performed by other processors. * Provide support to Bank staff on loan accounts responding to customer service phone calls and assisting with loan questions. * Demonstrate the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction with internal and external customers, associates, and stakeholders.
