This role ensures office visits and physical/occupational therapy appointments are scheduled and attended. Confirms physicians have all paperwork and insurance instructions and/or medical forms. Reviews medical forms indicating medical necessity for Durable Medical Equipment and makes necessary follow up calls to physicians' offices for appropriate documentation and completion of patient script.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Contacts patient with a future office visit and/or missed office or PT/OT office visit to explain the process and necessary information required by patient's insurance company
Contacts physicians' office to verify patient information and follow up on required paperwork according to Medicare guidelines.
Faxes and/or mails insurance forms necessary for physician to complete based on patient's Insurance.
Follows up according to established procedures to confirm receipt of package and/or faxes and develops relationship with physicians' staff for return of requested forms.
Analyzes responses received and determines re-evaluation needs.
Accurately documenting and coding according to disease processes.
Able to correctly document completed scripts and review for accuracy.
Uses appropriate interpersonal skills to resolve difficult situations and maintain professional relationships.
Sets a positive tone for the ongoing relationship with the physician's staff and client.
Demonstrates high quality in calls and documentation of patient records.
Attends and participates in team meetings and trainings.
Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as requested.
Daily call productivity should meet expectations as set my management.
Works one (1) late shift per week and (1) Saturday per month.
Works minimum 40-hour work week with required overtime as business needs dictate.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

At Kutol our Liquid Processor produces batches of product in a safe and efficient manner according to formula and processing specifications to ensure quality product is produced for on-time shipment to the customer. Those batches are then checked by Quality Control and the processor makes any adjustments as directed. Approved batches are then transferred from the mix tank to the storage tank until our filling lines are ready to package the product. Accurately complete all batch records and associated documentation. Currently we have opening for Liquid Processor on 2nd Shift.
The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include:
Receive direction from the Shift Supervisor or Shift Manager on batches to be processed, and ensure raw materials are on hand before starting a batch.
Make batches precisely according to formula and work instructions, report any mistakes in the batch making process promptly to the Shift Manager before proceeding.
Log in items where required and transfer batches to proper location as needed.
Adjust batches as directed by the lab to bring product into spec in a timely manner.
Perform sanitation procedures as required by written procedure and GMP principles.
Properly transfer completed batches to storage as needed to facilitate production.
Correctly tag finished product in drums or totes to be filled in production or shipped to the customer.
Maintain 5S standards for safety and good housekeeping daily, complete these tasks prior to handing production off to the oncoming shift.
Follow established safe work practices in completion of tasks.
Understand and apply OTC processes and requirements.
When batches are complete and properly tagged by Quality Assurance, put raw materials away in designated areas.
Keep chemical storage area neat, clean and organized.
Ensure drums are emptied of all materials before putting in them in the empty drum storage area, load empty drum trailer as required.
Performs other duties, assignments or projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Minimum 10th grade proficiency in math & reading.
Minimum 6 months prior work experience to include basic mechanical skills such as transfers and line hook ups in a liquid production setting.
Knowledge/Skills & Ability:

What You'll Do

Maintain production goals of 80+ pieces per hour and ensure efficient processing
Keep processing and sorting areas clean, safe, and organized
Assist with apparel rotation, dressing room upkeep, and merchandise placement as needed

Job Title: Account Receivable Processor
Duration: 6 months of contract with potential for HIRE
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Manage invoice activity as assigned by the Accounts Receivable Supervisor for both sublease and franchise customers, including but not limited to items noted below. Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
Must be detail oriented.
Achieve and maintain expected level of productivity ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing, ensure all monthly deadlines are met. Develop a working knowledge of all systems. Comply with all SOX regulations.
Qualifications
