SUMMARY
This position is responsible for all duties associated with the receiving of orders from vendors and performing a wide variety of parts processing operations.

Ensure delivery of disclosures for those borrowers who do not agree to electronically receive loan documents; using mail service approved by Northwest to ensure delivery within the required timeframe
Retrieve documents once eConsent/eDisclosures have been electronically signed and returned, as applicable
Order flood zone determinations and deliver required disclosures as needed.
Process change of circumstance requests and re-disclosures
Input NCDD information and upload forms, as applicable
Avoid departmental non-payroll costs by disclosing accurate costs on all Loan Estimates
Recommend improvements to procedures, and service/delivery enhancements
Monitor GFE and APR Variances pipeline and work with team to avoid unnecessary costs
Submit appraisals to underwriting for review and deliver to borrower(s), as applicable
Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations

Summary:

Checks eligibility and verifies benefits, obtains and enters data into systems, processes requests, and triages members and information to the appropriate Health Care Services staff to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost-effective healthcare services according to State and Federal requirements to achieve optimal outcomes for Members.
Essential Functions:
Provide computer entries of authorization request/provider inquiries by phone, mail, or fax.
Including: Verify member eligibility and benefits, o Determine provider contracting status and appropriateness, o Determine diagnosis and treatment request Assign billing codes (ICD-9/ICD-10 and/or CPT/HCPC codes), o Determine COB status, o Verify inpatient hospital census-admits and discharges, o Perform action required per protocol using the appropriate Database. ? Respond to requests for authorization of services submitted to CAM via phone, fax and mail according to operational timeframes. ? Participates in interdepartmental integration and collaboration to enhance the continuity of care for members including Behavioral Health and Long Term Care.
Contact physician offices according to Department guidelines to request missing information from authorization requests or for additional information as requested by the Medical Director. ? Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
Meet department quality standards, including inter-rater reliability (IRR) testing and quality review audit scores. ? Notify Care Access and Monitoring Nurses and case managers of hospital admissions and changes in member status. ? Meet productivity standards.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). ? Participate in Care Access and Monitoring meetings as an active member of the team. ? Meet attendance guidelines per Healthcare policy.

Position Overview:
The Senior Loan Processor is responsible for providing customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite the loan and ordering third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer and/or loan officer. The Senior Loan Processor provides proper disclosures when required by applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting.
Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
Complete the required loan checklist.
Verify that an application is complete and accurate; and identify any potential issues that may arise in underwriting.
Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on those documents.
Communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices received, and in the applicant's E-file.
Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
Assist set-up of loans.
Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log.
Train and help supervise new loan processors and other processing personnel.
Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. investors.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for originating residential mortgage loans through internal and external referral sources. Responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external referral relationships, counseling mortgage customers around solutions to their lending needs, providing excellent customer service, and supporting all key channel initiatives and sales activities.
