We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. + Over 10 years of experience in SAP FICO environments with deep expertise in software development lifecycle management and project delivery methodologies. + 3+ years of professional experience supporting Finance and/or Accounting functions. + Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI/CO with hands-on configuration experience in: + General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Bank Accounting, FSCM (Treasury), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Material Ledger, COPA, and Concur. + Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA including experience with: + New GL, Fixed Assets, Group Reporting, and Project System functionalities. + Proven experience designing and configuring: + Organizational structures, chart of accounts, and multi-ledger financial processes to align with evolving business needs. + Solid understanding of SAP Banking Interfaces: + Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), ACH, Wire, Check payments, Positive Pay, Cash Applications, and Credit Card integrations. + Expertise in project-related financials: + Project settlement to fixed assets, WBS design, networks, activities, scheduling, CATS, resource-related billing, and Earned Value Management (EVM). + Proficient in FICO month-end closing activities and financial consolidations. + Familiarity with accounting standards including GAAP, FCC, and IFRS; experience with intercompany transactions and eliminations. + Skilled in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, and PS. + Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least 3 years as a Record-to-Report (R2R) functional lead. + Strong background in creating detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). + Advanced capabilities in designing and implementing scalable systems/application solutions. + Proficient in business requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and documentation. + Experience developing business process diagrams and process documentation. + Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels. + Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments. + Demonstrated success working in collaborative, cross-functional, team-based settings. + Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience with Hybrid, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. + Deep knowledge of change management and the ability to support organizations through system/process transitions. + Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. + Experience with developing and maintaining SQL queries, reports, and data extracts. + Skilled in mentoring, training, and guiding junior team members or less experienced colleagues. + Strong leadership in establishing best practices, governance, and quality assurance across functional teams.
