As a Humanoid Robot Operator, you will work at the forefront of our customer fleet operations, deploying Figure humanoid robots into automotive manufacturing use cases, identifying issues, and relaying feedback to onsite and offsite engineering teams. You may also collect new data to train our AI systems and work with the AI team to refine behaviors over time.
Responsibilities:
Successful operation of one or more humanoid robots operating in a specific customer use case for the duration of an operating shift
Observe robot operations and document robot issues during operation, including reviewing observed issues with onsite and offsite engineering teams
Complete end-of-day robot operations reporting, including performance and productivity metrics
May control the robot remotely by wearing a teleoperating suit for robot training purposes
Maintain a safe environment for both yourself and the robot at all times
Follow proper equipment and robot service procedures, including bring-up and shutdown and physical inspection
Requirements:
Willingness to own the operations of the humanoid robot and drive proper functioning of the robot
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform duties and communicate with a high level of professionalism, in a customer-facing environment
Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, according to business need. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours

**During your rotating shift as a Production Technician, you will**
+ Use product recipes to produce blended resin systems in multiple blend vessels including the PSM process.
+ Have knowledge of raw materials and the hazards, locations, etc. of those raw materials and knowledgeable of the process equipment.
+ Use interface screens to the process control system to add exact quantities of chemicals to match product recipes, follow step by step batch instructions, and take samples as required.
+ Load drums, totes, cylinders, and tank trucks with the final product.
+ Unload raw materials via rail car to bulk storage, tank truck to bulk storage tank, tank truck to tote, and box vans of drums & totes.
+ Follow standard operating procedures to unload and check-in various raw materials for production.
+ Be an integral part of the site's safety culture. This individual is responsible for certain areas of the plant from a safety and housekeeping perspective. Operator I will also be required to master a certain number of standard operating procedure.
+ Train in Department of Transportation (DOT). This individual must be able to understand hazard communication and DOT OSHA requirements for chemical transportation, storage, and handling.
+ Understand how to use personal protective equipment to perform all necessary job functions within the process.
+ Be able to become a certified forklift driver.

What Production Operation contributes to Cardinal Health
Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Job duties may include:
Slitter Operator Job Responsibilities:
Check set-up of machine at beginning of the shift.
Monitor appearance of fabric as well as machine operation and notify supervisor of bad quality or machine malfunction.
Sew in cloth for slitter frame from the dye house and batch and turn.
Check blade at the beginning, during and at the end of the shift for burrs, bad belts and bad rollers.
Cover slit cloth and stage in the proper area.
Maintain clean tubs for the cloth to be slit into
Dryer Operator Job Responsibilities:
Obtain full truck of fabric and sew open seams and holes.
Position trucks at dryer to begin the process of drying the fabric.
Position empty truck at the exit end of dryer to catch dried fabric.
Patrol dryer and keep watch for holes, continuous defects and fires.
Monitor and maintain temperature, overfeed and machine speed.
Cut shade checks for lab testing.
Push full truck to finishing compactor machine.
Clean lint from screens located inside the dryer as required.
Cut samples for lab testing, take shade cut on dye cloth from each roll.
Record appropriate information on production sheet.
Clean work area and machine at the end of shift or as needed.
Napper Operator Job Responsibilities:
Obtain buggy of cloth from dryer to be processed according to process sheet. If it is bleached make sure the whiteness has been approved.
Sew buggy of cloth onto leader cloth or onto lot already threaded into the machine. Make sure the seam is straight.
All holes in the cloth as it enters the napper must be caught and sewn together.
Must keep hands from all moving parts while the napper is in motion.
When you are ready to doff off a buggy from the napper, cut the roll on a seam only. Write lot number and size on each end of every strand.
Once the lot is complete it must be pushed to the compactor for further processing.
Empty the lint bag at the back of the napper prior to end of shift.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year production or machine operation experience
Good communication skills and ability to read/write English
Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The Machine Operator is responsible for managing batch record documentation, operating and maintaining pouch filling machinery, and ensuring accurate preparation of ingredients. This role requires a meticulous approach to handling equipment, being detail-oriented, following precise procedures, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma required. Associates degree in science, math, or mechanical engineering preferred.
A minimum of 3 years complex machine operation experience required
Must be able to communicate in English
Excellent communication, mathematical and writing skills
Attention to detail and ability to focus
Ability to proactively view machine operation and determine problems/defects in advance of occurance
Must be able to read and follow written directions
Forklift certification needed (certification provider by PLDevelopments).
Ability to work overtime as needed
Willinginess to work on weekends
Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including first and second
Ability to follow compound formulations
Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record and complete batch record documents
Set up pouch filling machine, operate PLC/HMI interface and changeover/clean intricate pieces of the assembly
Determine batch characteristics, type and weight of ingredients to be used
Select, pre-weigh ingredients to specification and to reconcile ingredient usage for each batch
Wash and sanitize mixing tanks and other equipment as necessary
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Walking, standing, stooping and bending for long periods of time
Must be able to pick up 50 lbs
Must be able to work both in climate controlled and outdoor environments
Comfortable with exposure to confined areas and chemicals
