What You Will Do
Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Independently perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex functional test failures on electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. This includes diagnosing issues down to the component level (e.g., resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits).
Root Cause Analysis: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of failures, rather than just replacing parts.
Testing & Repair: Conduct a variety of electronic tests and repairs on aerospace components, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards.
Technical Documentation: Read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide your work. You will also be expected to accurately document all repair and test data.
Mentorship: Act as a technical resource and mentor for junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping to solve challenging production issues.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to existing test procedures, equipment, or documentation to enhance efficiency and quality.
Preferred Education:
An Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or a related field, or equivalent military training.
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, troubleshooting, and repair.
Preferred Specialized Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Demonstrated experience with advanced diagnostic equipment, such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMMs), spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Strong understanding of both analog and digital electronics, including circuit theory, power supplies, and signal integrity.
Proven ability to perform component-level soldering and rework on intricate printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment, with specific knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations, is highly preferred.
The ability to work under limited supervision, prioritize tasks, and independently solve complex technical problems.
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. Occasional overtime, including weekends, may be required to meet production deadlines.
Salary Range

What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a Production Technician to assemble mechanical and electrical assemblies on our in-house production lines. You will build hardware that powers Helion's prototype and production fusion machines. As a Production Technician, you will report directly to one of our Production Supervisors at our Everett, WA location.
You Will:
* Assemble critical mechanical and electrical assemblies per engineering work instructions
* Use electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical hand tools
* Perform essential quality control inspections
* Partner with a collaborative team of technicians, material handlers, and engineers to meet daily targets

In the Team Leader Production (TLP) role, you are responsible for managing and ensuring the safety of your productionteammembers, between 15-50 people per shift, and for attaining production and quality goals.
Problem Solving
Oversee areas of improvement throughout the production process. Team Leaders ensure schedules and goals are met through guiding production resources, materials, processes, and equipment.
Process Improvement
Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service. They are responsible for managing and owning various functions of the business and for creating an engaged and team oriented work environment in order to improve business results.

* Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Fabricates and assembles aerospace plastic products, applying knowledge of working characteristics of plastics and bonding techniques, using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment.
