Job Summary The Machine Operator I is an entry-level role responsible for setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. The position involves following standard procedures to ensure efficient operation and quality output. The operator will receive training on machinery, safety, and quality control, and will work under the supervision of more experienced operators or supervisors, with a focus on attention to detail and troubleshooting basic issues.
