**Salary and Other Compensation**

What will you do as a Production Worker?
As a part of the ProductionTeam, the Production Worker is responsible for operating various pieces of equipment in order to produce Coca-Cola products. This position is also responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor equipment in an efficient manner and replenish materials as needed.
Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
Set up machinery ensuring all production materials are available.
Visually inspect production run and document results.
Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Complete required paperwork as directed.
Analyze production line to identify areas for continuous improvement.

The ProductionTeamMember is a full time, hourly, non-exempt, overtime eligible position that provides superior quality manufactured pet products, working on our Molded Goods team (which includes Injection Molding and Packaging. They are responsible for working as part of a team while assembling an entire product or component of a product and packaging product. ProductionTeamMembers perform assigned tasks while meeting quality and efficiency standards. This role has no direct reports. It is part of the Production Department and reports to the respective Production Shift Lead depending on shift times.

Operates forklift in a safe and prudent manner.
Reads packing order carefully and ensures the correct tags, pallets, lot numbers, and codes (if needed) are being used.
Packs and ensures product is packed into proper containers, at proper weight, and on proper pallet. Takes samples as directed on the packing order. Sets up all packing equipment and packaging materials properly for packing.
Stacks containers neatly on pallets. Ensures proper numbers of containers are on each pallet.
Weighs, tags and marks completed pallets. Blows any product dust off completed pallet with air compressor. Places cardboard between pallets before stacking. Stacks completed pallets in proper rows with a forklift.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Performs maintenance check on assigned forklift daily.
Conveys all pertinent information about packing system to shift Supervisor and relief operator.
Reports to work promptly to check with previous operator about current status and condition of packing system and products to be packed.
Checks with Supervisor for any special instructions. Reports any abnormalities in equipment or product to the shift Supervisor immediately.
Maintains a clean work area and ensures that the packing station is cleaned at the end of each shift.
Transports bags of sampled product to the lab when the lot of product is completed.
Documents and completes all information on the packing report. Plots the finished weights on the packing flow chart. Notes any abnormalities in product or equipment.

About the Role:
We're hiring two Production Specialist I teammembers to join our Wader Maker Team. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn a specialized trade and be part of the team that produces the finest waders in the fishing market. We're willing to train the right candidates, especially those who bring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.
What You'll Do:
Manufacturing & Assembly
Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble wader components
Apply seam‑sealing techniques to ensure waterproof integrity
Cut and prepare fabric panels according to patterns and specifications
Assemble components using hot and cold presses
Install zippers, pockets, gravel guards, straps, buckles, and booties
Quality & Testing
Perform pressure and leak testing
Inspect finished products for defects, sizing accuracy, and durability
Document and report defects or production issues
Packaging & Workflow
Package finished goods with proper labeling and documentation
Follow Kanban processes to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain consistent attention to craftsmanship during repetitive tasks
Team & Safety
Communicate effectively with teammates, leads, and supervisors
