Following processes and procedures associated with Logistics/Shipping & Receiving. Writing production reports when necessary. Performing various operations within the group to maintain workflow. Performing other assigned duties. Technical Skills and Work Experience: Experience in material/product movement of automotive components using various lifts and devices. Preferably 1+ year of experience in material management/shipping & receiving. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in math, reading, and writing. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer skills, including PDA and warehouse management systems. Physical Demands: Heavy walking and standing throughout the shift. Frequent bending at the knees and waist. Regular lifting and pushing up to 80 pounds. Use of hands for various tasks. Raising arms overhead. Utilization of close and peripheral vision.
