Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required
Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requires regular and consistent attendance
Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
Provides excellent Guest service
Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities. Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English
Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking and reaching around the theater.
Noise level may be moderate to high at times.

Title: Production Control Team Member

Department: Production Control
Overview The Logistics Team Member operates in a dynamic environment, engaging in repetitive bench or line assembly tasks to construct automotive seat units or sub-assemblies with intricate parts and specific tolerances controlled by jigs and fixtures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in shipping and receiving functions.
Coordinating the flow of work and materials.
Supporting shipment schedules.
Collaborating with department supervisors to assess work progress and completion timelines.
Compiling reports on work progress and inventory levels.
Verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by examining contents and comparing them with records.
Generating documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders for material routing.
Monitoring production flow and handling materials as required.
Packaging finished products for shipment.
Rotating through various tasks in a specific production process.
Ensuring adherence to 5-S standards.
Tracking parts and scrap using electronic systems.
Following processes and procedures associated with Logistics/Shipping & Receiving.
Writing production reports when necessary.
Performing various operations within the group to maintain workflow.
Conducting monthly inventory counts.
Assisting in managing the consumption/assessment of differences in actual stock quantities vs. inventory system.
Maintaining customer and internal packaging instructions.
Adhering to Quality policy, ISO/TS16949, EHS policy, and company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Adhering to the anti-mutilation policy.
Performing other assigned duties.
Technical Skills and Work Experience:
Experience in material/product movement of automotive components using various lifts and devices.
Preferably 1+ year of experience in material management/shipping & receiving.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in math, reading, and writing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer skills, including PDA and warehouse management systems.
Physical Demands:
Heavy walking and standing throughout the shift.
Frequent bending at the knees and waist.
Regular lifting and pushing up to 80 pounds.
Use of hands for various tasks.
Raising arms overhead.
Utilization of close and peripheral vision.
Possible requirement to wear safety Personal Protective Equipment.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel for training.
Ability to work overtime and/or weekends.
Adaptability to a fixed or rotating schedule is essential.
