Supervise the crew for safety, quality and machine productivity. Perform preventative maintenance measures as assigned. Perform General Worker duties when not assigned to operate a machine. Safety- Complies with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Monitors machine for hazards and reports any safety related concerns. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively to all work groups. Ability to read, do basic math and work with basic tools (screw drivers, wrenches, etc). Basic computer skills to work with Windows type applications.
