As a Production Operator 1, you will:
Perform clean-up, grinding, drilling, straightening, blast booth, cutting, galvanizing process preparation and general production support tasks
Use a hoist or other material handling equipment to transport materials and products into and out of the work area as required
Examine finished products for defects
Accurately label all parts for routing to the next operation
Monitor the production board and internal paperwork to perform tasks in the designated sequence
Enter job data in production tracking system
Ensure use of safe work procedures and wear all required PPE
Perform work at the appropriate pace to maintain quality and productivity requirements
Role qualifications as a Production Operator 1:
Experience with mechanical machines or devices, preferring electrical and/or mechanical assembly
High attention to detail
Skill of effective and appropriate verbal and written communication skills
Skill to operate various precision measuring tools and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical drawings, operating instructions, procedures and prints

What You'll Do:
Perform routine and repetitive packaging of food product, equipment operations and other tasks of the production line.

Prepare food product for shipment, including repackaging as needed, boxing and palletizing.
Check for quality of finished product. Identify, inspect and report product quality issues.
Follow equipment standard operating procedures.
Operate pallet jack to organize, load and unload ingredients and finished product as needed (training provided.) May be trained to operate industrial powered forklift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
