Qualifications A minimum of 1 to 2 years in warehouse experience Basic computer skills in MS Office Software is preferred. Education High School Diploma / GED preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION Production Technician (2nd shift positions available, 3pm - 11:30pm) 2nd shift gets and additional 5% premium. Responsible for ensuring all production support requirements in the process area are fulfilled in an orderly and timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: · Cleans containers externally and internally according to work instructions. · Loads raw materials into bulk storage tanks, as directed. · Works alongside engineers to assist in production of electrolyte. · Assists with dock audits required for customer shipments. · Maintains equipment, tools and supplies necessary for position. · Operates forklift in a safe and efficient manner, as required. · Maintains a clean and orderly work environment. · Follows all company, industry standard and OSHA safety procedures, including equipment safety and personal protective equipment (PPE). · Provides support to other departments, as needed. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: · High school diploma or GED. · Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting is recommended. SKILLS: · Knowledge of safe hazardous material handling policies and procedures. · Ability to operate material handling equipment and lift or move 50+ lbs. · Ability to work collaboratively.
