Responsibilities
* Perform clinical / commercial product manufacturing for LNP therapies according to cGMP standards and SOPs including Lipid and RNA Prep, T-Mix, and TFF operations
* Perform aseptic vial filling, visual inspection, cryopreservation, process reagent formulation, and material kitting.
* Transfer raw material inside cleanroom suite using sanitizing reagents or equipment.
* Participates in technology transfer from Process Development to the Manufacturing group.
* Assist in the life cycle development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing in collaboration with PD / MSAT and Quality Systems groups.
* Ensures all materials and equipment are identified and available in time for manufacturing operations.

Scope:
The Ormet Operator prints conductive paste to pre-drilled holes in printed circuit board materials and panels. As a member of the Lamination department team, the operator will also cross-train on and perform additional department processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Print conductive paste to pre-drilled holes in printed circuit board materials and panels according to process documented in work instructions
* Attach materials to be printed to carrier panels with tape.
* Operate printing machine.
* Inspect to ensure paste print quality meets requirements called out in work instruction.
* Use ovens for drying panels. Verity correct bake temperatures and times.
* Inspect to ensure dried paste quality meets requirements called out in work instruction.
* Remove printed materials from carrier panels.
* Perform required preventative maintenance on all associated equipment in accordance with work instructions.
* As a member of the Lamination department team, cross-train on department processes to assist in the workload when not performing Ormet function.
* Must adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including requirements for keeping the area clean and organized as documented in written process procedures. Required to utilize all appropriate safety equipment and to receive annual RCRA and safety training.

Scope:
· As a Plating Operator, you will work in a fun, team-oriented environment, operating production equipment and performing a variety of tasks. Your strong attention to detail and safety orientation would play a key role in producing printed circuit boards. We offer training for those that have never worked on printed circuit boards before.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Monitor chemical inventory, maintain a safe work environment, monitor production, and maintain quality of the product.
· Communicate movement of critical and non-critical jobs to the next stages.
· Identifies and records any quality problems, initiates, recommends, and provides solutions, verifies the implementation of solutions, and controls further processing delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency has been corrected.
· Facilitates and attends meetings, communicates regularly with managers and supervisors, maintains a clean, safe work environment and communicates to supervisor safety hazards and issues.
· Generates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.
· Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
