Initiate innovative ways to attract early talent to our organization through attending local college campus and high school events, recruiting outreach through various organizations and social media platforms, and partnering with our internal Talent Acquisition team to develop diverse candidate pipelines

In this role you will:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the visibility and attraction to Smucker careers for candidates in the earlier stages of their career. Create, plan, and lead networking events, virtual panels and information sessions, career fairs etc. to assist in building diverse candidate pipelines. Lead partnerships with Historically Black Colleges & Universities, Hispanic Serving Institutions and Minority Serving Institutions, university career centers, faculty, student groups, professional organizations and other groups that may help to execute early career recruiting and engagement events Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition team and University Relations team on current and future job openings to provide support in a variety of areas within the recruiting process like building pipelines, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.Create travel schedules, manage recruiting event calendar, set up and breakdown of events, and learn how to operate communication platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Chat) and recruiting technology platforms (Handshake, Brazen, Simplicity, and others) Track data, review, and complete metrics, performing project management with an ID&E focus in mind

OBJECTIVE:


Zwilling J. A. Henckels is looking for a full time Recruiter gig or roadshow recruiting experience to join our HR team. This Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process for our National Event Roadshow Program. This is a fully remote position.


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage all aspects of the National Event Roadshow Program recruiting and hiring in partnership with the Regional Managers.
  • Post job openings throughout the US based on current need, repost jobs as needed to keep them current.
  • Partner with East and West Coast Regional Managers to monitor staffing needs, schedule interviews, and determine new hires.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of staffing needs, candidates in process, and new hires.
  • Strategize with the HR team to creatively source candidates, finding additional networking opportunities and alternative job boards.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process including interviews, background checks, offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage all candidates through our ATS.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Recruiting and Event Roadshow teams.



QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Previous experience recruiting for roadshow or gig work required.
  • BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate and/or agency recruitment environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to set priorities.

Job Description Summary: The Program Manager of Student Recruiting and Early Assurance Pathway Programs (EAP), under general direction of the Associate Dean of Admissions and Assistant Dean of Admissions, is responsible for serving as the Lead Program Manager for the identification and recruitment high school and undergraduate students to the College of Medicine Early Assurance Pathway programs and management of those programs.

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Required Experience:
  • Five years of related experience.

  • Proven track record of implementing recruitment and outreach programs.

  • Recruit and advise prospective students about admissions criteria into early assurance programs and the College of Medicine.
  • Determine program eligibility for applicants applying to the early assurance programs. Serve as the Joint Admission Medical Program (JAMP)
  • Medical School Coordinator for the College of Medicine. Develop and coordinate the planning of events related to the early assurance programs and the JAMP Summer Internship.


Recruit to the medical program and its early assurance programs
  • Oversee the coordination of on/off-campus events to recruit prospective students.
  • Manage and supervise staff and medical student volunteers in representing the medical school at high schools and college fairs, as well as during their guiding of prospective students through the admissions and enrollment processes.
  • Communicate the benefits of an education at the College of Medicine to prospective students, families, and the campus community.


Lead and plan recruitment efforts for the College of Medicine medical program and early assurance programs
  • Serve as the leader of the Admissions/Enrollment Management team.
  • Develop and direct a comprehensive, integrated, and data-driven recruitment, admissions, and enrollment plan to recruit high school and college students.
  • Develop the overall high school and college strategic recruitment, admissions, and enrollment plan.
  • Develop plans that enhance student body diversity on the medical school campuses.
  • Attend professional conferences and serves on campus committees as required.

  • Must be able to attend/ travel to recruiting fairs at various colleges, universities, and high schools and recruit for the TAMU COM.
