Job Summary Supervisor QC Microbiology requires working knowledge of Environmental Monitoring of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cleanrooms including how to appropriately and effectively complete investigations of excursions. Familiarity with compendial microbiological testing methods for sterility, mycoplasma, endotoxin, etc., and experience with culturing and identifying various microorganisms (bacteria, yeast, fungi) by different methods (stains, PCR, etc.), is essential. QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring NWF's standards of quality and safety on all finished products. Essential Functions Evaluates finished products for quality and acceptability. Performs all necessary analysis as required, and according to the product specification. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. - Perform such typical maintenance operations such as the removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components that require bolting, torquing, adjusting rigging and safety wiring, including powerplant and flight control removal and reinstallation. - Repair, modify, replace or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness. - Complete all tasks to the quality standards of AerSale, Inc., FAA and our customers' approved maintenance manual. - Perform work within estimated or budgeted hours. - Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins, routine and non-routines and other related maintenance documents in order to troubleshoot and effectively complete work assignments. - Ensures that AerSale, Inc. and customer aircraft maintenance documents are accurate and properly annotated. - Ensures documents are returned to the Technical Library and/or destroyed, as required, after jobs are complete. - Use and operate safely all ground support equipment, (i.e., Main Lifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.) and possess AerSale, Inc. operating certification. - Promote a culture of safety my monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the AerSale, Inc. Team Member Safety Manual. - Responsible for the proper execution of parts tags attached to repairable, serviceable or condemned parts. - Interface effectively with members of management, other departments and co-workers. - Keep own and adjacent work area clean - Able to work any or all shifts. Education and Experience: - High school education or equivalent. - A&P License preferred and/or 2-10 years aircraft maintenance experience. - Must provide own tools as indicated on Company Tool List. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds - Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as walk extended distances - Must be able to climb stairs, ladders and/service stands - Must have normal corrected hearing and vision - Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles

Perform in-process, start-up, final and first article inspection of injection molded parts per Corelle Brands Policies and Procedures. Primary Responsibilities: In-process inspection of injection molded parts for critical dimensions, form, fit and function per the Corelle Brands Inspection Plans. Meet with the previous shift inspector (at shift change) to go over any production issues discovered from the off-going shift. Audit each press to ensure that the product being produced, dimensionally, visually, packaging labeling and palletizing, conform to Corelle Brands standards. Perform First Article Inspection of injection molded parts, per First Article Inspection procedure. Process discrepant Material per Nonconforming Product Standard Operating Procedure. Complete all assigned audit forms daily. The audit forms include but are not limited to: Quality Assurance Inspection Log, In-Process Visual Inspection Log, Inspection History Cards, Quality Assurance Daily Information Log and Line Clearance Log Re-Inspect the product after disposition has been completed. Assist in training manufacturing personnel on quality requirements, as necessary. Perform other duties as instructed by the Q.A. supervisor or as necessary to maintain efficient operation at Corelle Brands. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma /GED 2+ years' experience in Quality Preferably experience with working in a fast-paced assembly environment. Ability to regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. If over 50 lbs., team lift is required. Software: Excel, Word, Outlook Familiar with basic quality assurance tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers). Must be familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC) for Variable/ Attribute charting. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Ability to read Engineering drawings 2nd shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm
