• Conduct FAI, PFMEA, PPAP and process mapping activities as required
• Develop specific programs for individual accounts as required and assist customers with developing quality control procedures
• Develop, implement, and maintain all documentation of quality system
• Support all APQP related activities
• Work with Regional Quality/Safety Manager on all ISO 9002 audits by customers, corporate and UL auditors

Responsibilities:

Maintains Daily Boiler Log.

Performs all testing for inbound and outbound products (tanks, railcars, trucks and additional testing as required).

The overall purpose of this position is to perform routine, non-routine, quantitative and qualitative oil analysis, essential to operations. Employee will evaluate the chemical and physical properties of raw materials received for production and finished products prior to packaging to ensure that all fluids meet their applicable specifications. Employee will clearly and concisely communicate with the manufacturing department to maximize workflow efficiency and provide corrections for non-compliant material to meet specifications.
