In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Act as the subject matter expert for industrial networking and communications technologies (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, PROFINET, OPC UA, etc.).
Represent Emerson on Standards committees.
Provide consulting and solution design for customers and sales teams implementing industrial communication systems.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demos to educate internal teams.

Deep understanding of industrial protocols and communication architectures
A background in technologies, tools, and processes in development, testing and maintenance of software systems
Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving performance
Excellent leadership, communication and partner management skills
Experience in protocol development, application engineering, or solution consulting.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.

Water Lab Technician
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Must have knowledge and experience in using a wide array of analytical instruments and methods with high emphasis on water analysis
Must be familiar with ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, XRD, XRF, EDS, SEM, Particle size/count analysis, bacterial analysis, GCMS and FTIR (Emphasis on ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography)
Knowledge of a wide array of sampling methods, bench water analysis instruments and methods such as titration, colorimeter, pH & Conductivity meters, ORP meters, HACH test kits, bacteria analysis such as dip slides and BART methods
Strong troubleshooting background in the field of investigating water analysis, chemical treatment
Knowledge of ISO 17025 Standards
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience - 8+ years of experience.
Critical thinking; predictive and preventative maintenance, finding root cause of failure.
Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid DL
Meet physical demands as listed above
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed by the assigned location
