CW is looking for a Janitorial Quality Control Coordinator to help lead the charge in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance on a secure government installation. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be actively involved on-site each day-conducting inspections, supporting and coaching janitorial staff, and ensuring all work consistently meets contract requirements and industry best practices.
What You'll Do:
Conducting daily walk-throughs and inspections across government buildings to ensure janitorial work meets contract standards.
Using checklists and reporting tools to document quality metrics and identify improvement areas.
Training and mentoring janitorial staff on best practices, safety, and company policies.
Coordinating corrective actions and following up to ensure all issues are resolved effectively.
Communicating with site supervisors and clients to maintain transparency and satisfaction.
Participating in audits and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring safety compliance and promoting a culture of cleanliness and accountability.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years hands - on commercial janitorial or custodial services experience.
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, chemical handling, PPE use, or infection control.
Hands-on knowledge of using floor scrubbers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, and other custodial tools-especially in large or specialized facilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and respond quickly to quality or safety issues.

THE POSITION
We are seeking a hands-on, hard-working, detail-oriented individual to join our team in an intermediate-level role, building the Best Shooting Handguns in the World. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will possess an exceptional working knowledge of mathematical concepts, excellent visual awareness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while performing in-depth inspections. Ultimately, the ideal candidate can efficiently monitor the integrity and quality of products without impeding production rates.
JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES
Primary duties will involve conducting specialized coating inspections at various stages, including in-process, post-process, and outplant phases. Additionally, you'll be responsible for meticulously documenting all aspects of these inspections.
Secondary duties will involve conducting first article inspections, in-process manufacturing inspections, and various dimensional inspections of Staccato products.
Inspecting products according to established Quality and Safety standards.
Read and interpret drawings for dimensional callouts.
Monitor testing procedures and processes to ensure tests are performed according to item specifications, protocols, and standard test methods.
Interpret test results and compare them to the specifications and control limits in place while providing recommendations on the appropriateness of data.
Complete documentation is necessary to support testing procedures.
Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated, and maintained properly and ensure safety during equipment operation.
Assist with any Quality concerns and report management concerns.
Various tasks to support facility operations (Quality or Production)
QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to general team member expectations, this role requires explicitly the following:
An associate's Degree of Science in an associated field is a plus but not mandatory; it may be substituted with a technical quality certificate, Six Sigma, Lean, or Continuous Improvement certification (ASQ, QMS, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience with gauging equipment (calipers, micrometers, drop indicators, hardness testers, optical comparators, etc.) is preferred.
Experience with coordinate measuring machines is highly desired.
Experience with drawings and interpreting dimensional callouts is a plus.
Experience with following processes and documenting results from inspection is preferred.
Experience in process auditing is preferred.

Water Lab Technician
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Must have knowledge and experience in using a wide array of analytical instruments and methods with high emphasis on water analysis
Must be familiar with ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, XRD, XRF, EDS, SEM, Particle size/count analysis, bacterial analysis, GCMS and FTIR (Emphasis on ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography)
Knowledge of a wide array of sampling methods, bench water analysis instruments and methods such as titration, colorimeter, pH & Conductivity meters, ORP meters, HACH test kits, bacteria analysis such as dip slides and BART methods
Strong troubleshooting background in the field of investigating water analysis, chemical treatment
Knowledge of ISO 17025 Standards
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience - 8+ years of experience.
Critical thinking; predictive and preventative maintenance, finding root cause of failure.
Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid DL
Meet physical demands as listed above
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed by the assigned location
Familiarity with enterprise CMMS (ComputerâAided Maintenance Management System) software and Confluence is required for daily task management, issue tracking, and collaboration.
Candidates must be comfortable and proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, etc.) and able to learn new office applications quickly.
The role involves extensive use of computers for data entry, documentation, analysis, and internal communication.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Must have equivalent experience level of a journeyman in the particular craftwork being inspected.
* Three (3) years' experience in quality control work relating to industrial construction and/or modification activities.
* Must have a thorough knowledge of the codes, nondestructive examination, and testing methods associated with the craft work being inspected
Qualifications

* Inspector certification(s) required
* Reading blueprints and plans required
* Interpersonal skills such as oral, verbal and written communication and reasoning is required.
