Document and report deviations or discrepancies; initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as needed Coordinate and assist with the collection and preparation of all quality requirements and documentation for deliveries to customers, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate prior to shipment. Support the development and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System and ISO 9001 compliance. Keep inspection equipment and work areas organized, clean, and well-maintained. Be adaptable to take on additional duties beyond Quality Control as needed, including occasional overtime. Qualifications/Skills: Experience or training in a manufacturing or quality control role. Basic mechanical, machining or drafting experience is a plus. Familiarity with ACME and/or API threads is an asset. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Self-starter with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and accountability. Willingness to work overtime when required.
