    We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector at our manufacturing facility in Seattle, WA. This role will require you to accurately evaluate and document receiving, in-process and final inspection of highly intricate prototype, custom parts and assemblies for a variety of applications from Aerospace, military, Energy Production and R&D. You will need to have an extreme attention to detail, skill in basic shop mathematics, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and personal discipline to document and report nonconforming products in an objective manner. Responsibilities: Enact inspection activities to obtain objective evidence of compliance for CNC manufactured parts, assemblies, complex tooling, and other components. Interpret and measure features containing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Use manual inspection tooling such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and surface plate activities to obtain compliance evidence for requirements up to the fourth decimal place (tenths) of accuracy. Create and review compliance documentation related to Receiving, In-process and Final inspection on Materials, Processes and Completed Products. Ensure conformance with customer Drawing, Specification and Purchase Order. Assist engineering department in implementing strategies to improve accuracy. Qualifications: Have recent 3-5 years (min) working experience within a machine shop atmosphere. Have a reasonable understanding of math, including trigonometry and geometry. Have a strong understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5. Be skilled in the use of all measurement equipment and machinery within a manufacturing environment. Strong skills in blueprint and part drawing interpretation for high tolerance, precision parts are mandatory. Bring ideas to the table to increase speed and efficiency in the department. Skills: Experience using DCC controls on a CMM. Experience in PC-DMIS, utilizing both solid models and touch point programing to perform inspection activities. Functional use of SolidWorks or a similar CAD system. Familiarity with complex dimensional reporting mechanisms, such as AS9102. Manipulation of outputs to multiple formats such as linear graphical representation, point cloud comparison, and polar graphics. Familiarity with Digital Product Definition (DPD) requirements per D6-51991 desired. Convey the analysis and results to the specific coaching staff on a weekly basis. This includes pre/post-game, pre/post season and spring season for both the UW and upcoming opponents. Analyze current trends and strategies being implemented across the country and in the NFL. Collaborate with the football video staff to customize XOS displays and results tailored for each coach. Utilize expertise with football specific terminology and strategies, Microsoft Power Point, and analyzing, editing and merging content from PowerPoint into the XOS Game Analysis system. Game Plans, Tip Sheets, Position Reports: Use data from scouting report analysis and input from coaches to create a game plan and tip sheet that summarizes the opponent and their tendencies and outlines our strategies for that opponent. Create reports that summarize this data by individual positions for the respective coaches. Collect data and make tendency charts during the game that display opponent tendencies. Following the game, provide statistical analysis and review for each coach. Practice Plans: On the direction of the head coach, create, update and distribute practice plans and scripts on a daily basis for coaches. Attention to detail is critical along with making adjustments swiftly. Oversee the direction, organization, instruction, and supervision of student managers. Meet with the students working to support the focus of the applicable coaching staff daily during the season and spring practice periods. Production of Playbooks: Create playbooks for the respective specialties utilizing strategies provided by the coaching staff in a multimedia format.
