Qualifications

Technicians play a critical role on cross functional teams by supporting the engineering team with data collection and analysis.
What You'll Do
Autonomously perform technical work to support engineers developing materials for use in Cricut's machine ecosystems.
Prepare test specimens, set up equipment, and perform testing or analysis following standard test procedures to assure safe practice and valid results.

Minova is growing in Tooele, Utah, and we're hiring a Quality Technician to join our team on 1st shift. In this role, you'll support day-to-day quality operations, perform testing and inspections, and help ensure compliance with quality standards. You'll work closely with Quality leadership and production teams to ensure products meet internal specifications and customer expectations.
What You'll Do
Perform routine quality testing and inspections per applicable standards
Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Assist with internal quality audits and ensure conformance to quality and performance standards
Complete accurate quality documentation, test results, and reports
Analyze quality data and help identify trends or areas for improvement
Support investigations of customer complaints and assist with corrective actions
Coordinate calibration of gauges, scales, and testing equipment at scheduled intervals
Partner with production teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met
Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
What We're Looking For
Experience in a quality, lab, or manufacturing environment preferred
Understanding of quality control processes, testing, and documentation
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow procedures, specifications, and safety requirements
Comfortable working with data and written reports
Team-oriented with clear communication skills

Materials and product inspections and releases; document reviews and approval, pulling of samples, reporting of nonconformance, monitoring of GMP compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs inspection on raw materials and components according to written standard operating procedures, work instructions and specifications in Receiving.

Responsible for monitoring and recording temperature controls throughout the building.
Responsible for label control; process for received and released labels from Quarantine are followed.
Reports deviations, product, and in-process issues to Quality management.
Works with and supports Operation functions which involve Quality.
Complies with FDA, cGMP and other requirements and enforcing adherence to requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by QA Management.
Job Qualifications:
1-2 years QA experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with applicable FDA regulation and cGMP requirements required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent communication skills in writing, listening, and responding with feedback.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
An ability and a willingness to adapt to a changing work environment
An ability to work to repetition
