Responsibilities
Assist with procedures to analyze, diagnose and treat the cardiovascular system.
Perform active physiological monitoring of heart rate, rhythm, pressures, and saturations. Anticipate changes during cases that indicate necessary information, such as catheter position. Accurately identify and communicate patient condition changes to the physician and team.
Routinely perform patient testing and/or monitoring to include oxygen saturation, cardiac output, shunting, hemodynamic calculations and other intra-procedure testing and resulting as applicable.
Demonstrate knowledge and variation of procedures, including the equipment/supplies used for performance. Demonstrate proper handling, preparation, and maintain asepsis.
Anticipate and adapt to physician and case needs.
Assist with room setup, patient transport and post-procedure clean-up. Ensure infection control and sharp safety procedures are followed regarding waste and reusable products.
Perform patient education regarding post-procedure monitoring and care of catheter insertion site. Provide instructions and information regarding activity including normal, variant and issues requiring intervention.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Responsibilities:
Audits processes, tests and inspects products and/or develops, compiles and evaluates statistical data to define and maintain quality and reliability of products.
Working from engineering drawings, specifications, schematics, diagrams, written descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform complex engineering testing, checkout, First Article Inspection, root cause research, internal corrective actions and supplier correction actions.
Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to define quality and reliability standards.
Selects processes to be audited from primarily the manufacturing areas and checks for a variety of features, including ESD (electro-static discharge) and handling practices, documentation, training and process integrity.
Selects products for audits at specified stages in the production or post-production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance and mechanical, electrical or cosmetic characteristics.
Records audit data, applying statistical quality control procedures.

Download quality information from quality system to be used for QA reports.
Research for engineering test results and implements process changes to resolve problems.

Provides factory hold up to identify and resolve issues associated with purchased parts, materials and manufacturing.

Review at the beginning of the shift the Quality Auditors assistance and validated the Check List.
Scrap disposition at MRB in less than 24 hours.
Assure that the Customer implementation activities are in place.
Meet the SSYMA requirements (boats, goggles, gloves, ear plugs).
Review the SPC data and confirm the actions are effective.
Validate the tooling and gauges are working properly (microscope, magnifier, etc).

Job Scope
The Sr. Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for reviewing and verifying Device History Records (DHRs) to ensure compliance with internal procedures, FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820), and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 13485). This role supports the release of intermediate materials and finished medical devices and ensures product quality and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
* Inspect and verify product labels and insert, perform data review for material intermediate and component releases, label reconciliation in DHR, complete release documentation (release forms and status labels)
* Conduct review of documentation in accordance with released procedures, GxP standards (GDP, GMP) and production schedules
* Verify that all required production, inspection, and test documentation is complete and meets release criteria, including raw material status, calibration, etc.
* Attend interdepartmental meetings to support and coordinate product release, such as MRB.
* Identify and document any discrepancies or non-conformances found during DHR review, generating Non-Conformance Reports (NCs) as needed
* Log, file, maintain and archive various QA reports & records
* Maintain and track key performance metrics and assist other Quality Assurance personnel in data collection as needed
* Perform quality walkthroughs of manufacturing operations to drive continuous improvement and compliance
* Assist in continuous improvement of DHR review and related quality processes

We are looking to add a dedicated and talented Quality Control Inspector to our team on second shift. In this position, you will work closely on an integrated team of Cesium managers, engineers, and other cross-functional personnel in the production of state-of-the-art satellite communication systems.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Executing Quality Control processes associated with purchased product, manufacturing operations, and customer quality requirements.
* Inspection of printed circuit boards / assemblies (PCB / PCBAs), verification of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical (EEE) components, and cable assemblies.
* Inspection using calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and VMMs (Vision Measuring Machine).
* Documentation of inspection activities using electronic information systems, written logs, and labels.
* Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvements of inspection methods, inspection plans, and internal quality procedures and processes.
* Assist with the resolution to internal/external nonconformance using root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies.
* Assist in data analysis and reporting of department metrics as required.
* Assist with the continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist in the resolution of audit findings, observations, and recommendations.
* Assist with the control and disposition of non-conforming material (MRB).
* Drive scheduling of day-to-day processes; ensure timely and accurate turnaround.
* Other QC duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Associate degree in a technical field preferred. H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years of experience in PCB/PCBA inspection required.
* Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
* Experience with microscopic visual inspection.
* IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certification.
* Experience with ERP and PLM software systems.
* Proficiency with reading engineering documents, CAD drawings, and detailed work instructions.
* Strong digital, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
* Experience in the aerospace or electronics industry.

SUMMARY
The Engineering Technician will be in charge of independently producing engineering design plans for public works project and land development, utilizing AutoCAD software. They will be responsible for working with an engineering design team from initial concepts to final plan production. They will also draft various sketches, plans, and exhibits using CAD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical
Carries out tasks assigned by the Project Lead and engineering team.
Drafting grading, drainage, utility, street frontage improvements, and stormwater management plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D grading feature lines and utility pipe networks.
Preparing drawings per company and public agency CAD standards and project-dependent CAD specifications.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
0-2 years of experience in a position requiring intensive AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Experience drafting on-site and off-site improvement drawings for land development projects.
General knowledge of computers, Microsoft office, Adobe, Internet, etc.
