Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: * Manage multiple material suppliers for quality, supply chain management, technical support, improvements, root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action implementation * Review SPC charts for incoming material and make judgements for disposition * Work with Fab Engineering groups to execute material lot qualifications * Closely work with various groups on site such as Fab/Yield engineering, Purchasing, Facilities and Manufacturing to resolve issues * Review incident reports from suppliers and evaluate strength of countermeasures per SAS MT supplier requirements * Collaborate with material engineers on improvement project execution * Interact with Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse staff on timely material delivery * Develop expertise in SAS material and procurement systems * Complete projects promptly with strong attention to detail; submit regular reports as required * Create SOPs, optimize procedures and mentor the team on such items. Skills and Qualifications Skills and Qualifications Here's what you'll need: * High School Diploma or technical school certification preferred * Typically requires 3-15 years of experience * Semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred * EHS position - OSHA 30 hours at minimum, preferred experience with manufacturing or construction environment, and two years of related experience either in safety or emergency response * May require trade knowledge in a specialized field * May require a specific license (dependent on individual position) The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60 - $60.40. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards. Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments. Complete a short form in an app. Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.
