The QC Labeling Inspector is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the Tissue Bank. Performs final product labeling and inspections, manages transport and storage of quarantine tissue, and maintains labeling supplies. Promotes Lean Behaviors across the organization (This includes Participating in Try storming, Brainstorming and Lean Related Initiatives). Promotes Usage of Problem Solving. Ensure that Labeling Operations are in Compliance with the State and Federal Regulations and AATB Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of the QC Labeling areas as specifically described in SOPs.
Performs final inspection of products for proper specifications, label accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations, standards and Vivex Biologics, Inc. quality requirements.
Combines components for final products.
Applies labels to final product and adds package inserts, boxes, etc.
Maintains accurate inventory of post-processing, quarantine products (frozen and room temperature).
Performs disposition of nonconforming products as directed.
Coordinates and stages products for sterilization.
Monitors freezers and responds to alarms.
Supports nonconformance investigations, when applicable.
Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations and standards related to storage, handling, labeling and inspections of tissue.
Maintains effective communication with management when issues arise to obtain appropriate instructions to address the issues.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

We are searching for a Lead Inspector to join our team at our location in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Job Purpose/Functions: An inspector must ensure that room attendants meet all compliance and performance standards, and that all resort unit interiors meet cleanliness expectations. Duties may also include prepping and cleaning units, training staff, and quality control. Provide the very best service to ensure that owners and guests have a positive vacation experience.
Prep and clean units, including but not limited to, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, desks and floors.
Assist in the training of all staff, existing as well as new hires.
Report unit maintenance issues.
Examine carpets, drapes and furniture for damage or wear.
Retrieve housekeepers to address any areas that need to be re-cleaned.
Replace missing inventory.
Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
Assist in maintaining clean and organized storage closets. Assist in inventory of supplies.
Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently.
Report any lost or found items.
Ensure that all staff appears professional and is in full uniform.
Exemplify a sense of urgency with housekeeping staff to ensure all units get turned on time.
Willingness to perform site operations duties as assigned by manager.

Good communication skills with the ability to effectively respond to guest requests and questions from managers, supervisors and co-workers.
Self-Motivated and Team Player mentality.

Perform routine work over and over again.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
