Transport materials within and around the facility, including outdoor areas. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips. Load and unload materials and equipment using the loading dock or outdoor delivery areas. Use SAP (Grundfos ERP system) to confirm production orders, initiate operations, and complete related transactions. Review orders for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, reconcile material shortages in SAP, and report issues to support continuous improvement. Support daily 5S activities and maintain department tools and equipment. Follow all inventory control procedures and company policies. Perform all tasks in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and company requirements; report any non-compliance concerns. Adhere to all health and safety policies, act responsibly to prevent injury, and report hazards or incidents immediately to a supervisor or EHS representative. Participate in ongoing EHS initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and complete all required EHS training. TITLE : QC Inspector - AEX REPORTS TO: Manager, QC. The QC Inspector is responsible for performing inspection functions in accordance with Global X's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) and FAA regulations. This role ensures that parts, materials, maintenance, and workmanship meet Global X standards, while monitoring performance measures through audits of internal and vendor organizations. The Aircraft Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that assigned aircraft are maintained within required specifications of 14 CFR Parts 43, 91 and 125 and other FAA and DOD regulations, OEM instructions and CBP directives as required and are airworthy before operation. QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES High School diploma/GED required. Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector preferred. Ability to read and interpret small print on gauges, blueprints, or product labels. Ability to detect small defects in parts or products through visual inspection. Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Proficiency in reading engineering documentation; prints, drawings, and bills of material. Proficiency in using inspection tools; angle gauge, tape measure, and calipers. Proficiency in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge about industry products and processes. Basic mathematical arithmetic skills. Basic presentation and reporting skills. Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
