Essential Functions Performs dimensional in-process inspection checks at start-up, shut-down, and every 2/4/6 hours or as specified. Pulls overstock for jobs just starting up. Researches questionable defects using the last shot library, PIMM (production instruction multi media), MRBs, and RMA information (Using the Quality Escalation Process Procedure). The Quality Control Inspector II plays a vital role in ensuring that products meet all design and contract requirements as defined by engineering drawings and specifications. This position is actively involved in first article, pre-production development, production, and incoming inspection stages of manufacturing and assembly.
