Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications
Conduct repetitive visual inspections and basic functional testing
Use inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, and micrometers
Complete 10-15 different inspection types as assigned
Support PCI activities for NA Notifications at the US Regional Service Center
Follow all procedural and regulatory requirements, including cGMP compliance
Assist with document archival processes, including scanning and preparing shipments
Initiate Non-Conformance reports and support NC and CAPA activities
Participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; AA or Technical Degree preferred

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent

Responsibilities

Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and

construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,

Scope of Work:
Perform quality system audits and verifications of contractual specifications and applicable regulations in direct support of the CBP AZ Regional Facility Maintenance and Repair project site.
Responsibilities:
May perform any combination of the following duties:
Conduct onsite inspections and audits on contract requirements, and other services performed.
Schedule inspection activities.
Prepare and maintain reports and support the development of quality plans.
Document and track daily operations by using a computer maintenance programs(e.g., Maximo).
Follow prescribed quality assurance/quality control procedures.
Read and understand contract documents including plans and specifications.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
The technicians shall have 3 years' experience performing Quality Control inspections on building equipment and systems.
Previous Journeyman-Level work experience in the commercial construction industry in the skilled trades including Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC.
Must be able to travel to different site locations (Tucson/Yuma) to provide in-person support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with work order systems such as Maximo preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required for the position.
Must be able to maintain the ability to access the government worksite.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record, in accordance with company policy, to operate vehicles or equipment as required for the position.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, repairs, and alterations meet the highest standards of safety and compliance with FAA regulations. The selected candidate will perform inspections in accordance with Title 14 CFR Part 65, §121.371, §135.429, §145.155, and §145.157, verifying that all work performed meets applicable regulatory requirements, manufacturer specifications, and Cutter Aviation's quality standards. This role holds the authority to approve articles for return to service in full compliance with FAA regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, components, and parts in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and Cutter Aviation procedures.
Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with Title 14 CFR Part 145 and applicable quality standards.
Approve or reject articles for return to service in accordance with §145.157 and company-issued authorizations.
Ensure compliance with the personnel qualification requirements of §121.371, §135.429, and §145.155.
Document all inspection findings accurately and completely in approved maintenance records.
Verify the use of correct technical data, tools, and calibrated equipment during maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
Must meet the eligibility requirements of Title 14 CFR Part 65 for Mechanics with Airframe and/or Powerplant ratings.
Must comply with the requirements of §145.155 for inspection personnel.
Must meet the requirements of §145.157 to be authorized to approve an article for return to service.
Must meet the inspection personnel qualification requirements of §121.371 and §135.429, as applicable.
Strong understanding of FAA regulations, technical data, and quality control processes.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and inspection procedures.
Experience:
