What you'll do:
Primary Purpose: Mixes and packages company products. Maintains inventory levels and assists in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse.

Working one night a week doing things like running karaoke, bar backing, campfire, roping, serving wine dinner, or dishes.
Attending ranch meetings and training sessions so we can improve communication and you are prepared to be a successful team member here.
Doing assigned employee housing chores in your free time because it is your home for the summer and it “magically” gets messy. This is another key way to have a great summer and be successful here… being a kind and courteous roommate!

Mix, utilize, and/or dispenses volatile compounds, including fuels, paint, fertilizer, and exterminating agents such as herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides.

1. Perform various manual labor tasks on the farm, including but not limited to feeding animals, cleaning barns and stables, mending fences.
2. Assist with harvesting and maintaining Hay.
3. Provide minor care and attention to the animals on the farm, ensuring their well-being and health.
4. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the farm premises.
5. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working on a farm or ranch is preferred but not required.
2. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
3. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
4. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
6. Knowledge of basic farm equipment and tools is a plus.
7. Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the job.
