This position helps residents by supporting personal hygiene and daily living needs; providing comfort, transportation and vital sign monitoring. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provides resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support
and other personal cares. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. Provides a positive dining
experience. Assists residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment;
provides range of motion and passive exercise. Documents resident cares and behaviors according to Society policy, procedure and regulations
Handles and disposes of linens, soiled clothing or supplies properly; follows consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use.

Qualifications
Education Experience
Licensure Certification: Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the location and the state.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to perform assigned tasks and meet requirements for inservices,
training and meeting attendance; must be able to use the electronic medical record for
documentation.
Knowledge: Ability to measure and comprehend quantities.

Mechanic with CDL

The Tractor & Trailer Mechanic is responsible for routine maintenance on diesel engine semi tractors as well as diagnosing and repairing the vehicle.
Be familiar with the mechanical and technical aspect; using diagnostic computer software on our advanced vehicles to identify issues.
Perform thorough inspections and repairs on semi-trailers and reefer units in accordance with DOT requirements and industry standards.
Speak and write English well enough to be able to convey information effectively.
Diagnose and make recommendations on repairs as required.
Perform repairs and modifications on all styles of tractors and trailers.
Repair, rewire, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Follow company protocol when checking lights, tires, greasing, adjusting brakes, and checking framework on Trailers.
Perform all types of welding (i.e. aluminum, steel, and stainless steel).
Use a computer to login/log out orders and invoices.
Change oil, air, and fuel filters.
Comfortably handle tools such as Brake drum dolly, creepers, man lift/scissor lift.
Starting pay varies $28.00 - $31.00 per hour depending on experience.
Monday - Friday 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Transport semi-trucks and trailers to and from desired locations.
$1,000.00 Tool allowance.
Boot reimbursement ($150.00).

Seeking an individual who has:
Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Technical knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware, and software used to diagnose truck issues.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal DOT laws, policies, and procedures for protecting people, data, property, and institutions.
Familiarity with transportation principles and methods for moving goods by road, including the relative costs and benefits.
The ability to communicate with other shop employees and supervisors to rectify problems such as missing parts and time constraints.
Time management skills
Class A CDL preferred
12 months of experience or completion of our driver apprentice program
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 12 months
No preventable DOT accidents in the last 12 months
No serious violations in the last 12 months
Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
