The company is a progressive company in the fore front of green energy, it's provides for collaborative thinking. It has a good safety culture, and everyone looks out for each other.
For me I don't see any cons of working at REC Silicon.
The medical is really good and the quarterly employee appreciation lunches are fantastic.

Get more employees involved in safety and looking out for each other by listening to the employee and provide opportunities for them to participate in some decision making.
The CEO is a person who worked his way up the ranks as well as the rest of the leadership team, very knowledgeable about the industry and we the company needs to do to maintain success.
