The company is a progressive company in the fore front of green energy, it's provides for collaborative thinking. It has a good safety culture, and everyone looks out for each other.

For me I don't see any cons of working at REC Silicon.

The medical is really good and the quarterly employee appreciation lunches are fantastic.

I went online to research what the company produced and it's involvement in green energy and the environment.

Get more employees involved in safety and looking out for each other by listening to the employee and provide opportunities for them to participate in some decision making.

The CEO is a person who worked his way up the ranks as well as the rest of the leadership team, very knowledgeable about the industry and we the company needs to do to maintain success.

Could stand to have more diversity and more inclusion of women into the workforce.

The people, there are some really great people that work here and are willing to help if you need the help.

REC seems to be in the industry average for wages in our area.

Making the physical work environment more comfortable and engaging, perhaps with better ergonomic setups or relaxation zones, can make the daily work experience more enjoyable.

I started by thoroughly researching the company. I learned about its history, mission, products, and culture. Understanding the company’s goals and values helped me align my answers to demonstrate how I could contribute.
