Service Technicians report directly to the Service Manager, but are responsible to the Service Dispatchers on a daily activity basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform on site installations, IT troubleshooting and programming services on alarms, access control and video surveillance equipment, communication and security systems; maintaining a regular inspection schedule documenting activities; assisting other skilled trades; and ensuring that tools and materials are available as needed.
TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
Technical Acumen:
* Responsible for all work to be performed according to RFI standards and quality installation techniques as per the RFI "General Installation and Craftsmanship Standards and Practices" policy.
* Inspects security systems and their components for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending and performing preventive maintenance.
* Ability to troubleshoot systematic problems.
* Diagnose causes of electrical problems or failures in security systems for the purpose of identifying necessary repairs or maintenance.

The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring aerospace components and assemblies meet engineering and customer requirements. This position requires expertise in Conventional and CMM inspection, PC-DMIS software, strong knowledge of aerospace inspection techniques, ASME 14.5 GD &T. What you'll be doing as a Quality Inspector (First Article):
Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.
Inspect aerospace machined parts and assemblies using coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) running PC-DMIS software.
Conduct conventional inspections using hand tools such as height gages, calipers, micrometers, and bore gages.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 and customer requirements.
Responsible for first part buy-off, in-process checks, final inspection, rejection tags, and supplier non-conformance notifications.
Interpret and apply engineering drawings, manufacturing plans, ASME Y14.5 GD&T, Catia, and Enovia to determine product requirements.
Collaborate and communicate non-capable machining processes with manufacturing.
Maintain and update inspection documents, staging sheets, and daily records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to all safety guidelines, policies.

Required Qualifications (Education, skills, and experience):
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, Catia, and Enovia specifications.

The Multi-Axis CNC Machinist Lead serves as the key point of contact for all machinists and shop-floor-related departments during their assigned shift. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, mentoring machinists and operators, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting seamless communication between departments such as Engineering, Programming, Quality, and Production Management.

This position is from 5am - 530pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Act as the primary point of contact for machinists and supporting departments during assigned shift.
Lead and mentor machinists and operators to achieve daily production goals and maintain quality and efficiency standards.
Oversee setup, operation, and troubleshooting of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling and turning equipment; may include Swiss, EDM, manual, or secondary operations depending on division.
Coordinate with engineering and programming teams to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of part prints and setup instructions.
Verify that all machined parts meet print specifications and tolerance requirements using appropriate measuring tools and inspection methods.
Support production reporting, shift handoffs, and status updates through the company ERP system (Global Shop or JobBoss preferred).

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, finance, and costing functions at our Fife, WA facility. This role requires a meticulous approach to ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and the establishment of robust financial controls across the organization. What you'll be doing as a Senior Accountant:

Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and GAAP.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Lead month-end and year-end close of accounts, including issuance of financial statements.

What you'll be doing as a CNC Machinist - Lathe:

The Multi-Axis CNC Machinist Lead serves as the key point of contact for all machinists and shop-floor-related departments during their assigned shift. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, mentoring machinists and operators, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and supporting seamless communication between departments such as Engineering, Programming, Quality, and Production Management.
This position may oversee multiple machining disciplines depending on their division and shift - including but not limited to CNC milling, turning, Swiss, manual machining, EDM, grinding, honing, deburr, and assembly. Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, Washington location.
This position is from 5am - 530pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Act as the primary point of contact for machinists and supporting departments during assigned shift.
Lead and mentor machinists and operators to achieve daily production goals and maintain quality and efficiency standards.
Oversee setup, operation, and troubleshooting of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling and turning equipment; may include Swiss, EDM, manual, or secondary operations depending on division.
Coordinate with engineering and programming teams to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of part prints and setup instructions.
Verify that all machined parts meet print specifications and tolerance requirements using appropriate measuring tools and inspection methods.
Support production reporting, shift handoffs, and status updates through the company ERP system (Global Shop or JobBoss preferred).
Maintain accurate shop inventory, including tooling, inserts, and materials, and ensure shared resources are properly cared for.
Promote and uphold compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Monitor work area organization, cleanliness, and safety practices; ensure all equipment and tooling are properly secured at end of shift.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities for process optimization, tooling improvements, and machine utilization.

Required Qualifications (Education, skills, and experience):
Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including setup and operation of multi-axis mills and/or lathes.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Global Shop or JobBoss preferred) for work order tracking, production reporting, and job status updates.

The Deburr Technician II performs skilled deburring operations on precision metal parts with minimal supervision. This role builds on foundational skills to handle more complex parts, verify conformance, and support production flow.
What you'll be doing as a Deburr Technician:
Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.
Review and understand deburr callouts on blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, work instructions, work orders or sample part
Use grinding equipment with various types of grinding wheels and Scotch-Brite abrasive wheels to remove burrs. Remove and replace wheels when worn or defective
Verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments
Use hand held deburring knives and pneumatic tools equipped with burr tools to remove heavy burrs
Use drill press equipped with burr tools to remove heavy burrs. Interchange & replace burr tools as required
Performs general maintenance and upkeep of deburr area
Adheres to all workplace safety guidelines, policies, and laws determined by the company, state, and federal authorities

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, finance, and costing functions at our Fife, WA facility. What you'll be doing as a Receiving Inspector:
Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.
Responsible for inspection of received-in parts, material, consumables and other goods.
Review incoming shipment documents and verify quantity and other identifying information against the shipping paperwork, purchase order requirements.
Determine and record part shortages.
Understand and interpret supplier certifications and test documents.
Conduct conventional inspection to engineering requirements using height gages, calipers, micrometers, bore gages, and other standard inspection methods.

Follow inspection staging requirements.

Complete all daily record keeping requirements.

Understand and adhere to an AS9100 Quality System

The CNC Programmer plans and develops machining processes and programs for the manufacturing of products in 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, multi-axis a plus. Responsible for the CAD system that generates computer models of the parts. This position requires a high degree of concentration and multitasking.

Develop machine processes and programs for the manufacturing of products in 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centers and CNC lathes (multi-axis a plus) interfacing with tool engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers and production personnel.
Analyze part drawings, sketches, and design data to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selecting cutting tools, and machine speeds and feeds, according to knowledge of machine shop processes. Perform debugging and testing of CNC programs in the machining mills and lathes.
Develop and maintain CNC programs of multiple-axis lathes and mills using an advanced three-dimensional programming CAD system.
Write instruction sheets and tool lists to guide set-up and operation of the lathes and mills.
Observes operation of machine on trial run to prove taped or programmed instructions.
Revises program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions.
Perform cutting tools evaluations, cost analysis and new technology implementation as well analyze tooling failures.
Cycle Time Reduction: adjusting feed and speeds, wasted machine moves, and evaluation of better cutters.
Maintain status reports on program availability on a timely basis.
Receives, Loads, verifies, and stores digital data from customer per CAD/CAM/CAI Quality Assurance Plan

Works with estimating staff to ensure timely support of company proposal effort, synchronization between sales proposal, estimating, programming, quality and manufacturing.
