Responsibilities:
+ Advise managers and employees in handling employee relations matters, fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace.
+ Utilize ADP systems to prepare, organize, and maintain HR documentation including policies, performance reviews, and compliance files.
+ Draft and process disciplinary write-ups and corrective action forms using company-standard templates and ADP workflows.
+ Ensure all electronic records in ADP are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and legal standards.

Requirements

**What's the Job?**
+ Load bottles and containers onto the production line
+ Apply caps and verify product labels and lot numbers
+ Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
+ Pack and prepare items for shipment
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area during production and downtime
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong attention to detail and reliability
+ Excellent attendance and punctuality
+ Positive attitude and good communication skills
+ Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes as required
+ No prior experience needed-comprehensive training provided!

What You'll Do
+ Oversee financial reporting and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly statements.
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
+ Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
+ Manage audits and collaborate with external auditors.
+ Develop and implement internal control policies to safeguard assets.
+ Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
+ Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred, but experience owning month end in a manufacturing setting can override this)
+ Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with large ERP experience and experience with standard cost (ideal)
+ Characteristics: Professional, personable, team-oriented, and an analytical/strategic mindset.
