- Follow established guidelines and instructions, while applying sound judgment and experience to resolve customer concerns.

- Support workers' compensation inquiries and address specific customer needs efficiently.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is essential.

- Receiving, weighing, and unloading incoming crop trailers.
- Assisting with harvest activities such as husking and sorting.

- Shelling, storing, and preparing seed for conditioning operations.
**November - March**
- Labeling, tagging, bagging, and palletizing seed.
- Entering inventory data and staging product for shipment.
**April - August**
- Retagging and re-bagging returned or in-house seed.
- Inspecting, cleaning, washing, and preparing pro boxes for reuse.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
- Reliable transportation to the York, NE facility.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, long hours, and overtime as required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including on uneven surfaces.
