As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time placement solutions using your proven Technology and/or recruiting background. Market to Technology via telephone, video as well as conduct in-person meetings with Technology and key decision makers. Client Solutions Manager will participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half's presence in the local business community.
Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with client companies and contract professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service. Qualifications:

**What's the Job?**
+ Operate and make adjustments to CNC Horizontal or Vertical Machining Centers, and CNC Lathes to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
+ Study blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements.
+ Calculate and set controls for machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and cutting angles.
+ Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict tolerances and quality standards.
+ Provide technical guidance and leadership regarding fixture design and manufacturing processes.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Education with Vo-Tech or Technical School background or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of machining expertise.
+ Working knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances, with strong programming and editing skills.
+ Experience with CNC machine operations, including turning, boring, drilling, and contouring.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
+ Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
