We are currently seeking candidates for a Forklift Operator/Barge Deckhand to join our JB Terminal location in St. Louis. This is a unique opportunity to work on land and water at a barge operation performing a wide array of tasks, often utilizing a fork truck or assisting with general labor tasks. This is a full time, Monday through Friday, day shift position, with occasional Saturdays and overtime required. Our ideal candidate would have experience in both barge operations and forklift training -- however we are happy to train as long as you have experience in either one of the aforementioned areas. Position Overview:
The Payroll Administrator assists in weekly payroll reporting and maintenance, and is responsible for the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual updates pertaining to payroll records.

Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including:
Utility relocates and slope stability works.
Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms.
Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems.

The Scheduling Manager develops, maintains, and analyzes project schedules. The Scheduling Manager is responsible for the efforts of others including field schedulers, scheduling consultants, and project teams.

Framing Carpenter
Builder's Bloc has opportunities for a Framing Carpenter. This is a union position with a starting salary at union scale. You will earn union-provided insurance after 500 hours of work. Taking direction from the job foreman to stay on schedule and meet customer expectations
Work is based in or around the greater St. Louis metro area plus other locations in Missouri and Illinois. Work locations can vary as projects are completed and new projects begin. Employee's place of residence is taken into consideration; however, some projects may require a longer commute. The work schedule is Monday to Friday during the day. Work schedules can vary based on weather and project timelines. Flexibility in both schedule and commute is key.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus
