Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Receive, document, and enter loss reports from customers via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism
Serve as a first‑line resource for external callers, routing inquiries appropriately
Sort, scan, and distribute incoming claims‑related mail and documents
Review unassigned medical bills in the automated bill review system; request needed information
Apply recovery payments to claim files following established procedures
Review REAP Waiver of Premium disability reports and make determinations within guidelines
Process and issue invoice payments on claim files at the request of adjusters
Prepare and send correspondence, including medical record requests and itemized bill requests
Scan and index documents into electronic claim files to maintain complete and accurate records
Provide general administrative support to Claims Legal as needed
Maintain confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties to support Claims operations and service goals
Qualifications:

Strategic Market Leadership & Agency Management

What You'll Bring:
