Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. CPM, RPA, or related certification is a plus.     Job Title: Assistant Commercial Property Manager Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% local travel between Westlake, TX and Dripping Springs, TX Salary Range: $55,000 - $68,000 annually Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio in the Westlake and Dripping Springs areas of Austin, Texas. This is a 100% in-office position that requires frequent local travel between properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commercial real estate operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
