The ENS Supervisor oversees and assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, storage and issuance of all silverware, beverage and equipment products for all airline customers. You Will
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, and applicable laws. Cooperate with and maintain open communication between shifts and departments. Conduct daily safety, sanitation, and GMP compliance inspections. Assist with training and instructing all staff in cleaning production equipment and the facility. Reports food safety and quality issues to ENS Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager. Supervise all aspects of inventory management to ensure financial and customer requirements are met. Directly work with FSQA Manager and General Manager. Assist with creating and adhering to a “production schedule” in all sections to provide correct service to your customers. Ensures timely delivery of flight equipment to service areas on time. Responsible for supervising hours and payroll reporting for shift, daily on ADP. Communicate with other shifts and all internal departments to ensure the above level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers. Stresses safe-work habits to all employees daily. Immediately investigates, documents, and reports all on the job accidents following company safety procedures to ENS Manager. Produce required shift reports and documentation. Communicate all related matters to personnel with daily F2F meetings.\ Supervises inventory control of chemicals and sanitation supplies. Maintain outside grounds free of debris & weeds for the facility. This includes in and outer parts of the parking lot. Responsible for waste and grease pick up on a regular basis. Provide feedback to Overnight Deep Cleaning Supervisor/Lead, daily Other duties as assigned.
You Have

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree, equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years related experience in warehouse, logistics and sanitation within a manufacturing industry.

Job Description

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for leading the implementation and execution of the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program throughout the manufacturing plant. This position is the technical liaison between the plant, Headquarters, sanitation chemical company, and third-party sanitation provider (where applicable).


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the KHMS quarterly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.

  • Oversee and lead the implementation of the KHMS and Golden Rule.

  • Provide leadership and training for production personnel to complete production line and facility sanitation as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule, Periodic Sanitation Schedule, Daily Tasks, Maintenance Work Schedule, and Production Schedule.

  • Technical liaison between factory personnel, sanitation chemical supplier, Headquarter Quality Assurance, and third-party sanitation provider (where applicable).

  • Create a safe working environment for personnel working in sanitation, maintain chemical safety procedures and SDS's, work with chemical supplier to provide chemical handling training, provide leadership in enhancing chemical training beyond what chemical supplier provides, and meet all requirements of Kraft Heinz Environmental, Health, and Safety program.

  • Create a structured, orderly chemical storage and sanitation supply area in the factory.

  • Review the effectiveness of the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program on an annual basis for effectiveness and provide continuous improvement for the sanitation program at the factory level.

  • Ensure compliance with the Global Cleaning and Sanitation Manual, Pest Control Standard, Hygienic Design Standard, and Building and Fabric Maintenance Standard.

  • Manage the Internal Cleaning and Sanitation Audit Program to ensure compliance to the KHMS.

  • Initiate and execute cleaning verification and validation programs to prove effectiveness of Sanitation program.

  • Partner with business leaders on implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma / Lean/Kraft Heinz Global Production System (HGPS)), including leading change initiatives, planning, and facilitation.

  • Manage and evaluate the Sanitation staff including but not limited to performance management and employee development, etc.

  • Develop and manage the department's operating budget.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Experiences:

  • B.S. in Food Technology, Engineering, Microbiology, or other related field is preferred

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing or 2 years of supervisory experience is required.

  • Certified Sanitarian or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.

  • Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.

  • Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OHSA, FDA, USDA, and EPA.

  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Flexibility in work schedule, able to work periodically on a shift rotation
