PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Perform non-routine planning and scheduling assignments that require the selection and application of complex scheduling principles and techniques on highly complex or multiple projects. As an Integrated Program Planner Manager, your duties may include:
\-Act as primary point of contact with program Directors and Senior Program Planning Management
\-Supervise Planning team and provide direction and oversight through daily interactions
\-Collaborate with Senior Planning Manager for personnel assignments, establishment of priorities and ensuring adequate training
\-Maintain and provide guidance to team members based on organizational goals and company policy
\-Responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of Planning artifacts for business area
\-Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements

**Basic Qualifications:**
\-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
\-Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
\-Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
\-Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
\-Knowledge and experiences of Earned Value Management \(EVM\) including Cost / Schedule Integration
\-Proficient and effective team building skills
\-Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
**Desired Skills:**
\-15 years or more of experience in planning or program management related discipline
\-Must be able to obtain a DoD clearance
