Responsibilities

  • Assign caregivers to shifts and make sure daily care notes are completed.
  • Support caregivers for clocking in/out issues, or other scheduling issues as needed.

  • Takes part in the on-call rotation.
  • Must be willing to travel to Albuquerque and the East Mountain Area. ( Paid Mileage)

Qualifications

  • At least one year of home care experience is preferred.
  • At least one year experience in an office setting.
  • At least one year supervisory experience.
  • Ability to pass a background test and drug screen.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to drive in the snow.

  • Identify primary requirements and responsibilities of the Supervisor of the clinical staff.
  • Deliver the highest standard of Home Care services through efficient/effective scheduling for agency employees and clients.
  • Handle agency personnel files and report to the Scheduling Supervisor.
  • Schedule Home Care, Home health, Placement, DME and Hospice when necessary and occasional private duty services by matching clients and caregivers with input from Program Director.
  • Recruit, screen and hire the best teams and run new hire orientation of paraprofessional staff.
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with agency policy and state regulations.
  • Assist with the referral/intake process for clients and verify third party payer coverage, as needed.
  • Run initial client visit, complete and implement all required paperwork. Review and revise plan of care by RN, as needed.
  • Work closely with office staff to promote positive/effective communication to ensure appropriate client care.
  • Promote effective compliance within agency philosophy, policies, and procedures and in accordance with State licensing laws and regulations.
  • Assure the Home Care Plan is followed.
  • Oversee and document the employee's performance every six (6) months, develop and carryout yearly employee evaluations.
  • Assure that a qualified alternate is appointed to act in the supervisor's absence.
  • Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed by the Administrator.


Qualifications

Role and Scope of Position:

This position is responsible for implementing the integrated master schedule and resource plan for all
Substation/Transmission
and Distribution Capital, Maintenance and Reliability Projects under the responsibility of Electric Operations. Provides master scheduling for district operations, Vegetation and Conduit, Substation Operations or Major Projects. Responsible for the overall data integrity and adherence to scheduling standards. Maintains cost templates, activity models and historical data to provide accurate estimates and forecasts. Works with district/substation management and Centralized Resource Planning to ensure that the required workload is completed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Adheres to prescribed timeframes for all capital, maintenance and compliance workload to maximize the productivity of district/substation operations. Responsible for monitoring district performance through utilization analyses. Participates in the supervisory on-call rotation.
Essential Functions:
Maintain and implement the master work schedules for district operations, Vegetation and Conduit, Substation Operations or Major Projects.Maintain data for the global templates used to create schedules and forecasts of future resource requirements. Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Requires expert level project and schedule management skills, including knowledge of scheduling tool, Primavera 5 or better Knowledge of Construction Principles and Practices, Operations, Maintenance, Safety Standards and Business ProcessesRequires working knowledge of labor contracts Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel)
Education:
