As a scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management. Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelops project schedules and presents the results of the schedule analyses to all levels of project stakeholders.Performs project schedule analyses. Prepares and analyzes cost and resource-loaded CPM schedules.Prepares cash-flow, earned value, and risk analysis utilizing scheduling data/tools.Prepares all schedule related reporting.

Required Qualifications & EducationBS/BA Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another construction related subject. Minimum of 8 years of project controls experience related to scheduling of construction projects required. Work history that represents increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis.

Preferred Abilities & QualificationsMust have a thorough understanding of construction means and methods.Must be a self-starter that is reliable, responsive to client needs, professional, and have the ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and other construction related and business professionals and handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness.Exceptional verbal and written communication and superior active listening skills.Must be learning oriented and adaptable.Creative and advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects.Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and specialized skills in proficiency with project controls software.Ability to develop Enterprise Program Structure (EPS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for construction programs.
