Performs a variety of minor repairs and services to maintain the motor vehicle fleet. Performs other duties when not driving, such as washing, running errands, cleaning vehicles, cleaning terminal interior and exterior, loading and unloading passengers, and station attendant duties. The driver should assist disabled passengers into and out of the vehicle, secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip; may operate radio or similar device to communicate with dispatcher or other vehicles to report disruption of service. JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs scheduled routes assigned by immediate supervisor Responds to client inquiries (i.e. destinations served pricing, departure/arrival times, directions to terminal, complaints) all while providing outstanding customer service. Responsible for loading and unloading of passengers, reports passenger total, and records in passenger list. Assures luggage is in compliance with company policies and regulations.
