WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need an experienced SCM Technology Consultant/Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. This role partners closely with the NA Transportation teams and is responsible for business process and requirements capturing to technical solution design to capability implementation. The candidate needs to be able to deal with ambiguity and be able to work both individually as well as part of a team.

  • You should have good technical product mgr experience plus good project mgmt. experience. Must have good soft skills and be good communicator both written and orally. Additionally, critical to have a proactive attitude and approach reaching out to the team in productive manor.
  • Must be good at Conducting meetings. Including taking roll call of attendees (screenshot, e.g.) and take relevant notes and follow-up.
  • Strong SAP SD understanding conceptually, SO's, to Dist. Orders ... and send to WMS,
  • routing/waving/process for shipment.
  • SAP LE understanding of Logistics Experience, including integration with WMLS, DC Operations.

  • Knowledge of other technologies used within a supply chain such as warehouse management systems (i.e., Manhattan Associates) and system integration technologies (i.e., Fusion and/or Informatica, Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
  • A general understanding of Agile project methodology and an ability to learn the details.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Flexible, accountable, detail-oriented, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a proven desire for continuous personal growth.
  • Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting).

About Risk Modeling & Analytics (RM&A)
RM&A is responsible for developing and delivering credit, market, and counterparty risk models and analytics through an end-to-end modeling architecture that supports rapid development, delivery, controls and testing. These models are used to consistently measure risk, optimize capital, support regulatory reporting, and dimension risk appetite.

About the Model Analysis Group (MAG)
The MAG is a growing team within RM&A. It is responsible for all post model development analytics relating to models developed by RM&A teams, including Ongoing Performance Assessments (OPA), Annual Model Reviews (AMR), and Revalidations.

Key Responsibilities
We are currently looking to add experienced professional on the RM&A Initiatives Team within MAG. The candidate should have experience with business applications, architectures, and technologies that integrate with the data ecosystems. The individual will contribute to the Operations, architecture, engineering, and deliver services as part of the Business Intelligence offerings for the department.

Responsibilities:
  • The role will support RM&A initiatives for strategic planning, management and productivity enhancement measures.
  • Responsibilities will include designing, building, implementing and supporting productivity tools / applications using Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Tableau, SharePoint etc.) with appropriate controls.
  • Maintain tools and provide quantitative ad-hoc analysis and tactical support in preparation for management meetings.
  • Analyzing and scoping the impact of new developments and requirements. Grasp key priorities and complex issues quickly for the larger organization and come up with solutions.
  • Development and administration of documentation and training for implementation of new systems and procedures.
  • Interface with partners from Risk Data Analytics Reporting and Technology (DART) and EO&T Technology.
  • Candidate will contribute for accomplishing digitalization results through a strategic partnership with the RM&A internal teams, partners and stakeholders across DART. Collaborate to establish requirements, collect feedback, and assist with questions as applications are developed. Confer to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
  • Strategic updates to Senior Management - The Head of RM&A is required to update the head of DART on goals and key programs and is often called upon to present to other members of senior management on a variety of analytical topics. The candidate will assist and, when required, stand in for the Strategic initiatives lead with these responsibilities.
  • Suitable candidate will have a degree of responsibility over technical strategy and capable of conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis that solve business problems and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Performs other duties and functions in RM&A initiatives team's responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience working or consulting for financial institutions., preferably encompassing experience of Risk management
  • Good understanding and experience with design and development of productivity tools / applications using Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Tableau, SharePoint etc.)
  • Experience in Issue management, risk and controls, Business Intelligence tools.
  • Proficient in relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL, SQLite) and proven track record of investigative, analytical capabilities using databases.
  • Experience in building business process management (BPM) applications using platforms such as Appian is desirable
  • Ability to work across functional areas, interfacing with technology teams and manage timely deliveries.
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills to drive efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree in an area such as Business Management and Engineering/Quantitative, Finance or Risk Management.
