Job Summary Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data systems that power Augusta University's REDCap environment, High Performance Computing (HPC) resources, and integrations with research and enterprise platforms. Responsibilities The duties include, but are not limited to: SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN RESEARCH COMPUTING ENVIRONMENTS: Support and maintain research computing environments, including HPC clusters, REDCap, and data storage systems. PROVIDE TECHNICAL CONSULTATION: Provide technical consultation and training for faculty, staff, and students on research computing tools and best practices. IMPLEMENT SYSTEM UPGRADES, PATCHES, AND DEPLOYMENTS: Implement system upgrades, patches, and deployments to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance. ASSIST RESEARCHERS WITH WORKFLOW: Assist researchers with workflow automation, job submissions, data analysis pipelines, and technical troubleshooting.
