Responsibilities
Build and maintain forecasting models (time-series, machine learning, and statistical) for sales and transactions.

Partner with operations and finance to translate forecasts into actionable staffing and labor plans that reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
Build dashboards and automated tools to track forecast accuracy, labor KPIs, and staffing effectiveness.
Provide insights and “what-if” scenario modeling to support strategic workforce and budget planning.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong foundation in forecasting techniques (time-series models, regression, machine learning) and optimization methods (linear/mixed-integer programming, heuristics, simulation).

Education And Requirements
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Data Science or a related area.
Strong skills in time-series forecasting (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, ML-based approaches).
Proficiency in optimization techniques (linear programming, integer programming).
Strong Python or R programming skills.
SQL expertise for large, complex datasets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with business stakeholders.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Job Summary
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data systems that power Augusta University's REDCap environment, High Performance Computing (HPC) resources, and integrations with research and enterprise platforms. This position focuses on building and managing scalable, secure, and compliant data workflows that meet regulatory standards such as HIPAA and FERPA, while assisting researchers in collecting, managing, and analyzing clinical and academic research data efficiently.
Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN RESEARCH COMPUTING ENVIRONMENTS: Support and maintain research computing environments, including HPC clusters, REDCap, and data storage systems.
PROVIDE TECHNICAL CONSULTATION: Provide technical consultation and training for faculty, staff, and students on research computing tools and best practices.
COORDINATE WITH VENDORS, PARTNERS, AND PEER INSTITUTIONS: Coordinate with vendors, consortium partners, and peer institutions to evaluate emerging technologies and enhance research system capabilities.

Required Qualifications

General Description
The Data Historian Architect will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and support of our customers Level 3/Level 4 data management, historian, and reporting needs. A qualified candidate will also have experience in basic Windows and Network Security, system administration, best practices around data integrity, data analytics and visualization tool sets. Currently, the primary solutions that R.E. Mason will implement includes AspenTech's APC Platform, Seeq, OSIsoft PI Historian, Sytech XLReporter and Informetric Systems' InfoBatch/AgileDocs reporting software. Experience in Python and R is a plus.
The Data Historian Architect will be a significant contributor and often the lead technical resource on customer projects. This role is expected to develop solutions with various combinations of the above referenced platforms to serve our customer's needs regarding operations compliance & scheduling, enterprise historian solutions, facilities energy monitoring/management, reporting (batch, shift, and environmental), and machinery/equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have the ability to present best practices as it relates to our customers and work to drive opportunities in adjacent spaces to leverage our position in the market and current technology.
