PMA-273 is responsible for managing the aircraft, simulators, and associated systems that support the U.S. Navy's undergraduate pilot training pipeline. This Program Office's purview includes the acquisition, development and maintenance of six trainer aircraft: TH-73 Thrasher, T-44 Pegasus, T-45 Goshawk, T-6 Texan II, and T-54A Marlin II. These aircraft and programs also include related simulator suites, academic materials, computer-based training integration systems and contractor logistics support.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lead advanced training aircraft readiness analysis, applying statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and readiness metrics evaluation to identify trends, assess training aircraft readiness performance, and provide actionable insights that improve mission availability.
+ Provide high-level subject matter expertise, analysis, and technical guidance to support project execution.

+ A Management, Technical or Scientific master's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

Digital Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (dCMC) is a cross-divisional digital transformation initiative that will enable the pipeline by establishing a digital continuum of data from development through manufacturing for our products and processes.
dCMC intends to deliver:

**The responsibilities of the dCMC Business Analyst include:**
