As a Staff DataScientist - Promo Analytics, you will serve as a senior technical leader, driving the architecture and delivery of innovative analytics solutions that enable Milwaukee Tool to make fast, data-driven decisions about promotional strategies. Working closely with business partners and the Promo Analytics pod, you will design, build, and support the foundational systems that power our promo analytics capabilities. Architect, design, and build scalable machine learning and forecasting models to optimize promotional strategies and drive significant business impact.
Set technical direction for promo analytics, establishing best practices and standards for model development, validation, and deployment.
Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks, reusable tools, and templates to accelerate team and organizational productivity.
Translate complex, cross-functional business needs into actionable data science projects and long-term analytics strategy.
Oversee and guide the integration of promo analytics solutions across multiple business domains, ensuring consistency and scalability.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8 or more years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a closely related technical field.
Expert-level proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques.
Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language used for data science (Python preferred)
