The Opportunity

Join the team to serve as the global brand and marketing ambassador for Ortho Care and drive brand strategy, marketing campaign strategy and tactics for Ortho Care services and products around the globe. We're looking for a smart, passionate and highly motivated candidate who can continue growing the Ortho Care brand globally. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the brand and requires a high degree of collaboration. This position will be located in Raritan, NJ or Rochester, NY. Remote work options may also be considered.

The Responsibilities

* Develop strategy for end-to-end, global multi-channel marketing campaigns for product and service offerings

* Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to cross functional and supporting teams to ensure quality development and seamless execution of campaign tactics and sales collateral.

* Build, and provide oversight of marketing processes for campaign briefs, branding, messaging, marketing collateral development, lead generation and nurturing, and marketing campaign strategy and execution

* Capture results and conduct metrics and ROI analysis to assess success and inform campaign development

* Comfort with drafting a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to messaging, internal communications, sales materials, etc

* Drive strategic communications planning with cross-functional teams and agencies

* Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization.

The Individual

* Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field with 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing/sales experience

* Experience in marketing technology products or B2B software is preferred for this role

Colorado State Posting Details: This position's starting salary is between $99,000 and $198,000 per year, and it is bonus eligible. Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. You will...

+ Develop and execute Storage & Organization marketing and promotional strategies in all channels, to include driving continued growth on Amazon

As the **Global SrMarketing Manager** _(individual contributor)_ for our Patient Management Ecosystem, you will be responsible for leading portfolio-wide Marketing initiatives that support the organizations efforts to increase healthcare efficiencies and reduce service burden around the world. You will work across a complex, matrixed organization to achieve utilization/ adoption, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.

In this highly strategic role, you will develop and execute marketing plans that bring together a broad portfolio of products, software, and services into a unified story for internal and external stakeholders. You will develop deep knowledge of the customer (their expressed and unexpressed needs), understand the value proposition our portfolio delivers to stakeholders, build global segmentation and personas, and craft compelling messaging by stakeholders. You will drive global coordination with regional marketing partners and individual Product Managers to share best practices, coordinate/ align marketing messaging, and drive the adoption utilization of Patient Management products, software, and services.

This is a launch role! You will create and execute launch plans for new campaigns and new portfolio-wide services, software platforms, or business models. Launch plans will likely include the development of value propositions, market positioning, clinical/ economic evidence strategy, KOL (key opinion leader)/ customer engagement strategy, stakeholder messaging, competitive messaging/ claims, sales training and communications, and customer training and communications.

This is a highly collaborative role. You will work closely with Patient and Field Services (PFS), Global Service Transformation (GST), Go To Market, US Field Sales Service, Patient Management (PM) product managers, and the Regional marketing and service transformation teams to develop and implement plans. You will also work with Marketing Communications, Medical Education, Clinical, and Patient Technical Services to deliver customer and field-facing tactics.

**A Day in the Life:**

Develop and execute marketing plans that drive Patient Management portfolio-wide utilization/ adoption, financial, service transformation, and customer satisfaction goals.

Build and maintain deep understanding of target markets, including customers, evolving technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and geographic-specific factors.

Create stakeholder maps and global personas. Develop concise, compelling messages by persona. Provide messaging matrix to geographies to drive greater consistency in messaging.

Ensure portfolio positioning, value propositions, and messaging are clear and compelling to all stakeholders.

Develop marketing plans consistent with core positioning and messaging and drive tactical execution (e.g., education, promotions, sales tools, marketing collateral).

Partner with Global Service Transformation team to create and execute launch plans for new services (e.g. centralized transmission review service), software platforms (e.g. AI/ algorithms to improve efficiency) and business models (e.g. fee-for-service, tiered service offerings) to reduce customer and field burden.

Partner with Patient and Field Services, Global Service Transformation, US Field Sales, and the Regional marketing and service transformation teams to build and execute global marketing strategies and tactics (launches, key programs, etc.).

Deliver tactics and share best practices across regions to drive consistency and reduce regional marketing work.

As part of launch planning, develop value propositions, market positioning, clinical/ economic evidence strategy, KOL (key opinion leader)/ customer engagement strategy, stakeholder messaging, competitive messaging/ claims, sales training and communications, and customer training and communications.

Work with Professional Relations and Sales teams to foster KOL relationships and generate customer testimonials.

Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to CRM leadership and other stakeholders.

Up to 20% travel domestically and internationally in support of customer engagements, internal Medtronic activities immersing in stakeholder environments.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors Degree

7+ years experience in a marketing, sales, sales support or technical role (5 years with Advanced Degree)

Project, program, or product management experience
