The Screening Core's singular focus on bringing our early cancer detection products to market allows us to act with the speed and urgency needed to achieve our ambitious goals and serve the millions of individuals who can benefit from early cancer detection.
About the Role:

The field-based Sr. Key Account Manager, Screening Core is responsible for the effective promotion & integration of Lunar-2 to integrated delivery networks (IDNs), Academic Centers, Health Systems and other large health care providers within the designated territory. The Sr. Key Account Managers will cultivate and develop strategic relationships with assigned IDNs and Health Systems and reduce barriers for the field force to access the health care professionals affiliated with the system. The Sr. Key Account Managers will partner with the field sales force team to plan, coordinate and pull through Lunar 2 upon integration.

Responsibilities:

· Prospect and target to identify early adopter and generate interest of the Lunar-2 Test

· Meet and exceed sales goals, maximize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy in accordance with Guardant Health standards.

· Drive strategic business expansion/collaboration opportunities with the following:

Academic Centers, Large Health Systems, IHDNs

· Develop and implement a business plan in line with brand strategy to support launch

· Identify opportunities in the marketplace, share best practices, and proactively communicate strategies to cross-functional partners and members of the Commercial Team

· Continually analyze competitive landscape and environment within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide customer feedback to GHI leadership

· Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients.

· Manage implementation of all promotional activities to support sales and marketing strategies, in accordance with high industry standards and company policies

· Work effectively with individuals across multiple departments throughout GHI

· Collaborate and coordinate with all sales positions (VP of Sales, ASD's, RSD's, and AM's) to ensure successful attainment of company goals and objectives

The Senior Account Executive City Specialty, Energy and Licensing will support business development and growth of the City Specialty " Urban" channel, Energy channel and critical catalyst in the growth and positioning of our licensing and collaborator space to achieve or exceed sales and profitability objectives; selling to and handling all accounts and prospects as assigned by CROCS; handling sell-thru and performance of CROCS products and leading long-term development and positive relationships of the CROCS brand with its retailer partners. This role identifies marketplace opportunities, prospects, and engages new customers, prepares strategic sales presentations, and is responsible for account management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Responsible for end-to-end account management including oversight to: order acquisition through order delivery, Crocs profitability with key accounts, management and resolution of all credit claims, customer compliance issues, returns, etc.
* Drive top and bottom-line numbers for your assigned partner base using strong intuition for business and retail math abilities
* Accountable for pre-book and at-once sales.
* Handle gross to net revenues, seasonal sales initiative, and category goals
* Lead sell-in and sell-through for assigned account in collaboration with marketing and retail activation
* Sells the accurate quantity of product that a customer can profitably retail and a quality composition of assortment product to ensure growth in the territory
* Maintains updated account and sales records and analyzes and reports selling information to company on weekly basis for key accounts
* Identify & track new account opportunities to meet growth targets
* Provide marketplace and consumer insights to brand and leadership team (competitor information, consumer understanding, account performance, current/future market penetration, etc.)
* Supervise model stocks and determine proper pairs and levels of inventory and timing of recommended markdowns; Plans a conversion strategy that enables a profitable transition from one season to the next
* Be the go-to for all Americas License partners, collect orders, deliver shipping updates, drive a cross functional leadership with Licensing team, merchandising and operations to for fill the needs of the license partner
* Advises management routinely of problems and opportunities in the region, offers recommended solutions when management is needed
* Maintains a consistent frequency of in-store visitation to ensure execution of brand presence, visual roll-out/events, driving turn and door volume
* Identifies areas of underdeveloped business and formulates a strategy to gain increased market share.
* Develop strategic sales plans that incorporate specific account insight and goals to achieve CROCS sales and profitability targets that align with brand and category objectives
* Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with CROCS partners and customers
* Actively participate in account and CROCS meetings including pre-lines, business reviews and sales meetings
* Work as liaison between CROCS operations and account operations
* Establish and manage relationships internally and externally
* Communicate consistently and efficiently with CROCS business units including sales management, customer service, demand planning, finance, merchandising, marketing, and business development

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

* 3-5 years of industry sales experience required; footwear experience preferred
* Shown understanding of industry and competitive landscape
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills
* Solid understanding of US retail and wholesale footwear landscape
* Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Power Point
* Ability to carry out company and department ethical standards; will make decisions with the best interest of the team, company, and CROCS brand in mind
* BA or BS degree required
* Fluency in English required
* Frequent travel 50%+, overnights, night and weekend work may be required
